[Resolved] LIC Housing Finance Ltd — Sanction grant of Housing loan not release

Dear Sir, I approved home loan from LIC Housing Finance Ltd (10 Lacks). on dated 24.02.09 on Delhi Branch(CP) for Flat in Faridabad. But till date sanction amount not released to the Builder (Ferrous Infrastructure Ltd.). Several time discus with Agent-Mr. Rajeev Sethi on phone and personal. He didnt give the proper response and told to me so many excuses. Ultimately Mr. Rajev Sethi dont want to release this amount. Phone No. of Rajev Sethi is [protected]. And due to this problem, Builder is taking(Charging Panulty) too much panulty. Please take the action immediately as earliest. Yes I agree, i have the same problem from LICHF Coimbatore Branch. The releasing of funds are getting more delayed. We are not able to finish the project on schedule due to the payment delay from LIC.

Rajiv Sethi(Cell Number - [protected], His two similar associates Avinash([protected]) and Ajay([protected] he is former auto driver) is bringing bad name to LIC Housing, Because of his irresponsible attitude and his non-cooperative behavior . He is putting LIC Housing to the shame . He neither pick his phone nor respond correctly.

I would like to request LIC Housing to fire him from his position or People will fire LIC Housing name from their dictionary.

yes i am facing the same problem with mr Rajiv sethi ([protected]) lic agent .I had asked him pls simply the process regarding payment to the builder on time . once he had asked me to pay conveyance amount which i had paid.

LIC should take this matters seriously .
