senior citizen pension plan — cheque lost of Annuity receipt

Sub :senior Citizen Pension Plan ( Policy No[protected] Date of Start- 4-08-09

Sir

My annuity for Rs 10500- via post dated cheque which was due for payment on March 02-09. The cheque has been lost and I am not able to trace it. Kindly guide for the procedure to make stop payment of the cheque and revalidation of the Cheque.

lic has purchased rs 19152/-towards annuity no.091y[protected] and pension of rs1243/-per year to be credited to my sb a/c thru
ecs of andhra bank saidabad, hyderabad- 500059, but there is no credit from 2010 onwards.please verify your accounts and credit the yearly annuity at the erlieast.
