[Resolved]  Lic India — Deficiency in service

Not getting any respose from IPP Cell East Central Zonal Office at PATNA to my letters sent by regestered post on date 04.01.2009 & Emails sent to record my chjange of address and to send post paid cheques for the year[protected] which are not yet received till date.
POLICY No.[protected]. VARISTA BIMA YOJANA.

I take the Plan "Market Plus 1" with policy No.[protected] on 28/3/2009. paid the premium of Rs. 50000/-.
Due to negative attituede of DO and received the policy bond on 15/5/2009 form DO, I freelook the policy on 15/5/2009. I received the Cheque of Rs. 50000/-on 27/5/2009.

Now My complaint is that I have not received the Fund value as on the date of freelook. Pls look into the matter and give me the extra amount as per that day's fund value.

I had purchased some LIC's policys from an agent named Manohar Tahiliyani of bhatapara branch.
since last year or so he dos'nt take any interest to the services nor collacting premiums.
what can i do for that?
what is the current position of my policys?
what is the balance premiums of the same?
let me know where the proper guidence find?

I have LIP No[protected] with your SULTANPUR-228001 Branch UP.My LIP matured on 09.02.2009
I sent FOUR reminders on 25.04.2009, 11.05.2009, 09.06.2009 thru SKYpak Couriers but i receive no
reply in spite of 4 reminders.

Pls help me getting the payment of LIp No[protected] with Sultanpur

Pls note other Branches are giving me excellent service except your Sultanpur branch
