Dear Sir,
With Reference to the above B.O.C. No.3996 Dtd.22.09.2008 my proposal was submitted to your agent[protected] working under D.O.0003304. With knowledge of reputation of LIC in the filed of insurance I put this amount for security & safety.
Now after 10 months of the deposit I repeatedly contacted you’re above regarding whereabouts of my policy for which I paid the premium. Till today I have not received any of the satisfactory reply from your agent or D.O. Now I am tired of running behind your so-called Agents not caring for their clients.
After this marathon exercise with your staff members I have put up idea of taking any of your product. Therefore I request you to take refund of my document, amount together with interest thereon.

Hope you will settle my account at earliest.
