[Resolved]  Lic Of India — Online Bill pay

The premium amount for the policy[protected] is debited from my account with late fee(1817) on 02/03/2009, but i have payed the amount as cash also because the premium was not scheduled for payment in my icici net banking bill payment section. But without my knowledge the amount is debited from my account. I wanted one of the amount paid, debited back to my account.
I have informed respective person about this, and even filed a complaint on 05/03/2009 in the lic website also. But they haven't yet attended it and no action is taken yet.

Please help me regarding this.
