DEAR SIR,
I HAD REQUEST FOR MY LIC DUPLICATE POLICY NO:[protected] ON DT[protected] FOR THAT ALL DOCUMENTS I SUMBITED ON SAME DAY BUT STIL TODAY I CANT RECEIVED MY POLICY FOR THAT I HAVE VISITED TO BRANCH 92B(AMBERNATH)I MEET WITH MANGESH PALEKAR HE FAIL TO GIVE ME POSITIVE RESPONCE AND TOLD ME TO LOOK THIS MATTER IN SANGLI BRANCH BECAUSE THIS POLICY IS TRANSFER FROM SANGLI TO AMBERNATH & HE IS USING VERY RUDE LANGUAGE.& HE TOLD ME HE HAS MUCH MORE OTHER WORK TO DO.SO PLEASE YOU LOOK THIS MATTER AND HELP ME TO GET MY DUPLICATE POLICY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

I want duplicate copy of Lic NO[protected] we have paid through net banking we want receipt of the same. March 2010 we have paid, could you please send the receipt through mail.
