my father in law sh.Chunnoo Ram Jaiswal holds a Policy named Varishtha Pension Bima Yojna which Policy no.[protected] .Annuity cheques for the Year 2009-10 not received even today.E-certifricate has already been sent on dated 05/05/2009 by speed post.so please send it as soon as possible. Please refer to your letter No. IPP/Delhi Zone/E-Certificate/122/May09/02024, Dated: 20/02/2009, regarding the above subject.
As desired by your goodself I have sent the existence certificate under annuity Policy No.[protected] through Speed post (Photocopy of receipt enclosed) on dated:[protected] but till date I have not received the cheques of next annuity i.e for the year[protected].
However I am again sending the existence certificate for your information & record.
