Sir, Ref: Policy:[protected] of Ms.Faiza Fathima Reg: Abnormal delay in transfering policy from Bahrain to Chennai (India) Above policy taken from LIC Muscat. As per your letter ref no: FOB/PHS Dtd. 19/07/2007, from Foreign Operations Branch- Santacruz- Mumbai, above policy suppose to be transfered to Chennai Branch. (Branch-15, United India colony, Kodambakkam-Chennai. Inspite of my repeated calls and several personal visits, all of your staffs are SLEEPING without taking any action. Already my due date is over : 28/10/2007 If the problem is not sorted out within 3 days time, I will take legal action against LIC and ask for damage. Please look into this seriously. sir i want your help i start the lic policy since oct 2006
i pay the premium 3 months once (quarterly) some receipt i miss, how to get the copy of their bill ( till date i pay properly)

I did not got my policy receipt.
Ref: My first premium receipt 726 for Rs.10,000 policy no[protected] date on 18 april 2007 due from april 2007.

With reference to the above. I have to inform you that i am not yet received the original polic till today many time i have enqired lic agent as well as yur ranch office manager they simply informed that already send speed post to my residence address but still i have not received the original policy. Please take the complaint and kindly arrange by original polic quickl without frter more delcay.

As far as I know I have taken 3 LIC policies with you and all are payed from my Bank as per standing instructions. As in the notice above I have not payed the premium for the above policy for 5 years. Coud you please check this at your side and inform me how much premium I have remitted so far and who is the LIC agent for this policy.
