I have taken a new policy from LIC from an agent of Ahmedabad but had to move with my wife to Gurgaon due to new job. Now it is required to do a medical check and LIC is not able to help me in this regard. No doctor details. My money is off my account. All bogus numbers on the website (try it your self). I am completely pissed by the service but they have my money and I am completey shocked to see LIC of india in such pathetic condition. Can you help me?

I want to Do Medical claim, so plz solve d my problem
I have chosen LIC Amulya Jeevan policy for 25 lakhs. Pure term insurance cover for 35 years. When i did my blood medical checkup my fasting blood sugar was 110 which according to the range 70-110 is on the upper limit.

We got suspicious and then had a recheck up of the complete package. So now the report showed fasting blood sugar at 84, while LDL cholestrol in blood level was 94 instead of 100 (lower level). pH in urine was also lower than normal as suggested.

Due to this the Underwriter states that either i shall pay 2700 per year extra or the policy will be dissolved. I think these are minor shifts in body which might have taken place since i travel for over a week to North India and had a hectic night before the test. Is there anyway that i can get the poilicy in normal terms and normal premium.
LIC is not willing to serve Jeeven Ananad. As it is only interested in making big amount and returning a small to insurer.

It has only [products with high insurance premium and low coverage. only helpful for its agent. Think twice and compare at least once with other insurance company. If others are not given chance than how they will prove that LIC is not best.

    I had applied for issue of pan card for which I was allotted with PAN No. ARVPS3827K. But I did not get my PAN card yet. My application no. is[protected] and coupon number is[protected]. I had deposited my application on 19 November 2007 at IT Pan Service centre, Bajaj Capital, Delhi. On checking status it shows that my application is under PPC objection.

    I had applied for reissue of pan card No. AILPC6894K via CSF form. But I did not get my PAN card yet. My application no. is[protected] and coupon number is[protected]. I had submitted my CSF application on 20 Dec 2007 at UTI Technology Services Limited, 174-175, Ist Floor, Rajendra Bhavan, DDA Building, Rajendra Place New Delhi.     I have applied for a pan card on 02/06/2005 with the application no:[protected]
    and coupon no:[protected].
    I have not received the card but I am able to get my PAN number from UTI bank and using it for my income tax returns.

    Again I have applied for the card with my Pan number ABHPY9457D with the CSF no:[protected]and

      Last week I paid my premium through the www.licindia.com/ web site. After that when I am trying to get my duplicate receipt, I could not get. Though Acrobat Reader version 7.x is installed in my system it showing the empty new window. But it showing my receipt number PR[protected]. Regarding this I want to send the email to [protected]@licindia.com but no reply. So I decided to register the complaint through call center, I used the numbers which is given in the site 28602626 and 28602629 for Chennai both are currently not usable.
      A most reputed company in India is giving services to their customers in this way only. Then how we can trust these type of companies ????.

      yes, the site is not working from last few weeks. i tried a lot but very slow performance @ my office. it will def. will not work with broadband and surely not with dialup.

      at the yearend when people try to pull out investment proofs , this site should be functional but as of now its pathetic...
      The site is not working for past 3 days. First I thought, there is some problem during daytime when server is busy. But now when I am trying from home at 10.30 PM, even home page is not opening. My premium is due this month, I am not sure what to do since Online Payment is not accessible. Is anyone working on the problems in the website ? It's high time they too some corrective actions with respect to online services.
      I am trying to download the premium payment statement for past one week. Even the home page is not opening. It seems that no one from LIC management is looking into this problem. Very pathetic.
      Yes. It is pathetic. It proves that Government Enterprise companies won’t much care about customer services. And nobody would be there to take responsibility for this. I think it is due to old aged people in their computer departments. If it would have been private sector, they would be fired by this time for not their technologies up and running for such a long time.
      The LIC India website is not working, this is ridiculous, even they have not given any notice to the customers, the management is whole and sole responsible for this. Even they have not inform the customers all over India.

      THIS IS QUITE FRUSTRATING ACT OF SUCH A BIG ORGANIZATION FROM INDIA
      Since last 2 years I am paying premiums through licindia.com. but now its showing that you does not have any enrolled policies. I surprised that where my policies have gone. I registered a complaint but their is no reply. God know what these people are doing. I think there is no responsible person in LIC for looking these issues or the site is just a dummy for showing other companies that LIC also have a website.
      yes, of course the website is not at all functioning as i have been trying few days to view my enrolled policies when i wanted to check whether any of my premium payment is due this month. I could not conclude with any reason for this problem however this type of service from such a reputed concern is very very pathetic .

      I am moneyback policy holder with policy number[protected] & the premiums is getting deducted from salary. I have received second servival benefit of Rs 15, 000 in March 2008, but I have not yet received first servival benefit of Rs 10, 000 which was suppose to be pay in feb 2004. On enquary @ Raichur LIC branch, were I am employing, I have been told that, my file was not yet received at Raichur on transfer from Bangalore to Raichur. I have corresponderd so many letter to Residency Road Bangalore LIC branch office in this regard, but went in vein. Not only myself but also the concerner officer in Raichur LIC branch also sent E-mail to the Residency road LIC branch on several occations, but my file is yet to be receive @ Raichur LIC branch. It is surprise to notice that, eventhough the communication is made form the concerned officer of the organisation & the responding officer is yet to act.
      I pray to the concern officer to responce atleast for this mail & arrange to send my file from Residency road Bangalore LIC branch to Raichur LIC branch.

      I've been paying all my LIC polisy premiums online since last year. I've not faced even a single problem since then. Just one time, I was able to view the due premium against my policy. At that time I had jest sent a mail on Pune Divission mail ID ([protected]@licindia.com). I received a call on the next day and the problem was solved.

      I don't know how you all are facing these problems. My friends also told me that they are facing some problems while accessing the site. There may be some problem in the network.

      But I agree that the Customer Care Service of LIC is worst.

      I have submitted a letter regarding premium amount correction agt :- Policty No –[protected] name of Jeeven Sathi (double cover joint life plan) with profit (with accidents) being sum assured Rs. 1 Lakh & T &T 89-20.       I paid my premiums through online using www.licindia.com. Once the payment is confirmed, the digitally signed premium receipt is generated and sent to my mail id that is registered with www.licindia.com. You can either use your mail or can use to download from the LIC website to get the premium receipt. Both are working fine, the site is comparatively faster than last year (i.e.[protected]. Good luck for next time.
      I have paid my preimium for policy no.[protected] on 19.02.2009, primium was due on 20.02.09, amount is Rs 10237/-through ICICI net banking from a/c no.[protected] & bill no. after amount was deducted is Bill/[protected].but till now Ihave not seen any receipt no. display in my mail also in lic website.       If you found you are not being served well upto your satisfaction, you may lodge grivence on LIC website. If your complint not attended to your satisfaction, you may lodge same complient to IRDA Ombudasman
      If you are not happy with LIC services, you may lodge complaint to Grievance Lodging Portal.
      If not satisfied with LIC’s grievance handling, may further lodge to Insurance Ombudsman available on IRDA website.

      I am having two policies in the name of Piyush Kansal –[protected] for quarterly Premium Rs. 1149/- and policy no.:[protected] in the name of my wife Anchal Kansal for quarterly premium of Rs. 1141/-.



      In the year 2007 November 26, I had paid my premium through axis bank cheque into axis bank Gurgaon (HR) branch at Seco-29, Sctror-25, Gurgaon for Rs. 2290/-, but on 23.01.2009 LIC has reversed my premium by saying my cheque was bounced from bank, immediately without any delay I paid my both the premium against through axis bank net banking with a fine of Rs. 15/- each as late payment charges to LIC.



      After this payment I contacted my branch to ask why my cheque returned unpaid, but they informed me that that cheque was paid well on time. I again contact my branch -11B as well telephone support and write letter to LIC PCMC cell and branch to return my excess payment to me with interest, but my own branch fail to get any reply from their systems of operations.



      After a very long conversation with my bank and LIC offices, on 07.05.2008, I got one mail through LIC office 11B, from CBK1, (Premium collecting branch through net or bank payments) that they are having excess payment against both of my policies,



      But till date i.e. 11.03.2009, I am not able to get my premium/ amount bank in the form of cheque or direct credit in to my policies. I am paying my premium to LIC with a faith that I will get my amount whenever I actually required that same for me or my family.



      LIC Branch office 11B is not listening anything and the need amount in the form of cheque and CBK! And CRM branch telling the are not able to update my policy at their end, and I am the sufferer.



      If this kind of an insurance office of the Government Company deals with customers who can we believe that after me my family get secured through my Life Insurance Policies.

      Two of my policies have expired and I have received the final payment also however, inspite of several reminders I have not received the final statement.It is necessary because the calculation appears to be wrong.

      It's really frustrating that facilities are not upto the mark and I am upset about all my LICs and can't resist myself to say "Oh Man Why I went for LIC schemes"

      I started paying yearly premium since 26/08/2003 till 26/08/2008.The amount paid Rs.129131.
      ie.The TOTAL Amount paid (129131x6) = 774786.00.
      But LIC of India, P M G COMPLEX, P.O.BOX.No 10, CHAGANACHERY, 686101 . I had received
      a Discharge form to be filled dated 11/06/2009 said that the policy is due for payment of SURVIVAL
      BENIFIT on 26/08/2009.
      The details given in that showed only Rs.605500.00.Where as when i contacted their office informed that
      payment due is Rs.721545 and i paid Rs.774786.00.There was NO Claim or deduction so far.

      I had send mail to Kottayam Divisional Manager and copy to Manager Chaganachery in due course.
      The Div.Manager replies as the case is of Chaganachery and will be settled by them.
      I send repeated mails to Chaganachery, so far no response.
      LIC is a big organisation and how come they do such VERY High amount can deduct from the total
      amount.ie.Rs.169, 224.00.
      Pl. do the needful to get my maximum benifit and reissue the dispatch form.

      I have paid the amount login in LIC portal thru LIC on-line payment option.Policy Nos are[protected],[protected]. But earlier in the same day when I have tried it from SBI net banking, its showing the amount for both the policies are debited and transferred to [protected] account. The account is for INDIAIDEAS.COM PRIVATE LIMITED. In LIC also there was no update in time for the premium payment. So I need to log in to LIC portal to pay the premium. Now I need my money back as the premium was already paid and the mentioned account is not for LIC.

      I have taken above mentioned Jeevan Surabhi policy from your firm and due to some reason i was unable to pay the further premium and i surrendered the policy after completeing 4 1/2 years and send to kochi ernakulam address. I recieved a letter from your firm mentioning the " if you hold the policy for further three months and then send the original copy to this office you will get a good amount". I did it and send the original along with covering letter to your office at kochi, kerala address. But after one and half year i still waiting for payment but i did not got neither any letter nor check or demand from your firm against surrendering the above mentioned policy.
      In view of the above it is request that neccessary action be taken as earliest to avoid further delay and kindly also change my address as i transferred to Mumbai at present on my following address -

        I am serving in CRPF as Sub-Inspector and purchased a Money Back Policy No.[protected]Agent Code[protected]A DO code 0328976) during my stay at Ranchi(Bihar), this was transerred by me at my Home Distt. Sultanpur(UP) during 2000-01. Second money back of said policy was due during March 2007 & Rs 7500/- on account of money back is required to be paid myself, whereas only Rs 6789/- paid by the LIC vide cheq No. 0003932 dated 18.3.07 and in details it is mentioned that Rs 711/- have been deducted from my above due amount as a pending premium of 12/06. Whereas the said premium (i.e. 12/06) has already been paid by me vide receipt No. 1010035 dated 10/3/07 at Rati Ram Park Nazafgarh New Delhi.

        On the above matter and adjustment of double paid premium, we have meet three times with the branch Manager Sultanpur and his administrative office during March to April 2007 and requested with them the excess paid premium amount as mentioned above may be adjusted against the pending premium of said policy of March 2007 & they have verbally assured me that many other similar type of cases are lying pending in their office and it may be settled by end of April 2007. Despite of my repeated requests and also my written applications dated 24/4/07, 12/9/07 & 30/11/07 neither any action have been taken by them nor any reply sent to me till date. To avoid surrender of my policy i have paid premium of March 2007 vide receipt No.0197180 dated 8/9/07 at Rati Ram Park Branch Nazafgarh New Delhi with late fee of Rs 28/-. Due to pending of adjustment i unable to deposit my premium of 6/07 to 12/07.

        Request necessary direction may be issue to concerned that the double paid premium of 12/06 may be adjusted against my due premium of 6/07, so that i can able to continued my said policy.

        I am paying my nephew's lic quarterly premium of Rs.492/- against LIC Policy no.[protected] through my Citi Bank Credit card. The last quarter premium due on 19 01 2009 has been paid twice on 31 12 2008 through my Citi Card and on 19 01 2009 through my ICICI Bank SB A/C no.[protected].
        Kindly arrange to refund the amount or adjust the amount against premium due on 19 04 2009 under intimation to me.
        The receipt of double payment by LIC has been confirmed through LIC IVRS service please.

          I totally agree that the Vastrapur Branch staff is very carefree for services. I have requested for transaction passwrod in November 2009 and to this day I have not received. The operation Manager is never responding to e-mail. It seems customers are vauleless asset. I came across this just while brwosing internet for contact number of the branch.

            Above policy taken from LIC Muscat.

            As per your letter ref no: FOB/PHS Dtd. 19/07/2007, from Foreign Operations Branch- Santacruz- Mumbai, above policy suppose to be transfered to Chennai Branch. (Branch-15, United India colony, Kodambakkam-Chennai.
            Inspite of my repeated calls and several personal visits, all of your staffs are SLEEPING without taking any action.
            Already my due date is over : 28/10/2007

            If the problem is not sorted out within 3 days time, I will take legal action against LIC and ask for damage.
            Please look into this seriously.

              This is to inform you that I Sushil Kumar Aggrawal & my wife Anju Aggrawal had applied for a home loan through your franchisee/agent/dealer Mr. R S Chauhan resident of Sector-31, Gurgaon-122001. His mobile phone numbers are +[protected].I would say it was the most miserable experience with any company I had in my Life.

              I would like you to interfere in the matter to help me get a justice. I have tried to sort it out with him & he said he has absolutely not in any sort of mistake. I would like you to go through the entire episode. He also claims to have recordings of all my conversation That I had with him. He claims that I had asked him to cancel my loan.



              I had contacted your franchisee / dealer / agent for a home loan for purchase of a Home (E-7, First floor, Ardee city sector-52, Gurgaon-122001). The first contact was made in presence of my property dealer Mr. Yogender partner with Hindustan Properties in second week of August2007.



              Brief of this meeting.



              1 Mr. Chauhan had inquired my personal & financial details

              2 He explained the basic application process.

              3 He said the required time to process the loan was 7 working days

              4 He told me the first set of Documents

              5 The details of the property was told to Him

              6 He made us understand that this property was an approved project by LIC housing finance limited

              7 He told us that this property was only financed by LIC housing finance limited



              I & Mr. Yogender left his residence & the mentioned documents were submitted to him by early third week of August -07. This can be confirmed as the cheque that was given

              By me was debited from my account on 29/08/07.

              I did not have any further conversation with Mr. Chauhan for almost 10 days. I had tried to call him up on 4-5 occasion to check the status of my loan. He did not answer my call. I then asked my wife to visit his residence to check the status of Loan. He then informed my wife that the loan has been approved. This was around 18 of September 07.

              Point to note; He did not handover the approval letter to my wife neither he had sent the same by post / courier.



              He then contacted me around 23rd of September 07 to inform the approval status also saying that he had informed the same to my wife a couple of days earlier. I had acknowledged the same. I inquired with him on the time that would require for the disbursement & he indicated it would take 2-3 days maximum but I should keep one or two days to be safe. I agree that I should have done this with him then & there I was not able to do so as my daughter was suffering from Typhoid. The medical report

              & doctor’s advice may be submitted on demand. The same was informed to Mr. Chauhan also. He said not to worry & I should take care of my daughter.



              I was pretty pleased with his gesture at this point. I then asked him on 29th October’07 for the documents & he said he would need the receipts of payments made to Ardee infrastructures & a copy of NOC from their office. The seller was residing in UK hence it took me some time to procure the receipts from them & the same was submitted to him directly by Mr. Yogender at his office. I asked Mr. Chauhan on 2nd morning for any other documents than he said he would let me know. I here requested him to do it on the same day. He then visited with some other forms to my residence. He gave me an ECS form to be filled & verified by the bank & asked for a cheque of Rs.10112/- in favor of LIC housing finance limited towards processing fee. He insisted on cash but I denied the same. He hereby explained me that he would get a waiver for me for the balance amount.

              He also took an application from me for the same which is duly signed by me & my wife.



              This entire process was completed on 7th morning itself this may be verified from the cheque that was issued in favor of LIC housing Finance limited. I had checked with him then on 9th for the loan disbursement status on 9th & he said I would receive a cheque in a day or two. I had requested him to get the same latest by Thursday as I had to travel on Friday to Mumbai for some official work. He said not to worry. He than called me up on Wednesday around 11 am to check the loan status than he said that the regional manager is not available & the cheque might get delayed. He said if I want to hurry up than I need to pay the processing fee as mentioned in my approval letter.

              He then again called me up to inform around at 4pm that the cheque can only be delivered on Friday.

              He said that would be absolutely fine with him & he will ask LIC to send their representative with the cheque. I kept on calling him through the afternoon till 2 pm to know the status. He called up at 4 pm saying that he needs other letter declaring that the possession amount would be cleared by the seller before transferring the properties & he needed it immediately. I was at that moment in my office & asked him to get the document collected. He expressed his inability. I requested him for a fax number & then made an effort to send the same. The letter was finally sent him through mail & faxes both. I then called him around 7 pm for the status of loan he then said that he would require a guarantor for the same. I lost my cool here & said him that this is completely unacceptable.



              He then expressed his inability to help me with the disbursement unless I provide a guarantor. I than spoke to Mr. Yogender regarding the same, he was kind enough to become a guarantor. Mr. Chauhan than reached Yogender’s house to complete guarantee formalities & the same were completed on 11Th night around 10pm. Mr. Chauhan after this convinced us (Mr. Yogender on the same day & I on Next day morning) that the disbursement would be done on 12th afternoon between 12.00 to 1.30 pm.

              I would like to bring it your notice that the cheque was not delivered till 3pm after a minute to minute follow up with Mr. Chauhan.The seller left the Ardee office after 3pm informing us that they will not sell the property to us & would not return the advance as per the agreement.

              1 Did I had any problem in my financial credibility for such loan

              2 Why should I suffer losses because of negligence from your representative’s end?

              3 I will have to pay extra 2-3 Lakhs for a similar property

              4 I would request that are your agent not suppose to be penalized for such failure

              5 I would like to understand that if an EMI cheque or ECS is turned back you charge couple of penalty

              6 Who is responsible for my losses????????????????

              I want you to get me the property in the rates quoted in agreement.

              Dear sir,
              It has been declared by LIC HOUSING FINANCE( NALA SOPARA) that my EMI cheque for month of April was bounced or my bank A/C no-8493 (corporation bank) was closed.
              After that, i personally went to Corporation Bank and verified the details. Still my A/C have sufficient amount.
              Even Bank had declared RBI program, that RBI has not accepted LIC forwarded detail, on 13 th April, 2009.
              RBI program shows with only my name, EMI amount and RBI sequence no.([protected]) but does not shows bank A/C NO. A/C NO shows blank.

              Hence Bank clearly told me that LIC person does not forward correct A/C NO or information to RBI.

              Same matter i had Explane to LIC housing Person( MR.Harshad jain).But he was not accepting same. and told me that, this problem was created from your bank only.
              and LIC HOUSING GAVE ME FINE OF RS.418
              I request to RBI, Please check from your side detail and clear me that from whose mistake i have to sufer this fine.
              For your reference I forword following information.

              Dear Sir,
              This is to bring to your kind notifice that agents of LICHFL are main contributors for the projection of bad picture on LICHFL.
              This is based on my experience with one of your agents in chennai(Mr.Navin kumar, based out of anna nagar east branch).I have initiated the loan process sometimes in february and its only towards the end of march that i got confirmation for loan approval.
              Loan sancation letter had mistakes with respect my name and co applicant's name.
              Every time i tried to contact the agent, he will not pick up the call or atleast he would not call back at a later point.
              Very difficult to get in touch with agent for any clarification.
              Also the information given by agent during submitting application seems to be misleading. Agent stated that there will not be any preclosure charges for the part payment after 6 months from the date of Loan disbursement.Where as it has been found that there are no such offers with regard to preclosure.
              Also i came to know that loan amount would be 85% of the total property value where as the agent stated that as per the latest RBI guidelines, it has been revised to provide only 80% of the total property value.
              Because of the delay on the part of agent towards processing home loan, fixed interest which was 9.95% in the month of february has been revised to 10.15% during loan approval in the month of march.
              Well overall i can say that LICHFL's image is taking a very high beating due to this kind of most inefficient and unethical agents.These agents does not have minimum ethics to call back customer to provide the status.
              I have made several calls and my telephone bill has gone up for making many calls to get status.
              guys does it help to write over here...does anyone take any action against these people
