THE AFORESAID POLICIES WERE GIVEN TO BRANCH-I, AJMER FOR CHANGE IN NOMINATION TO P.S. DEPTT. IN DEC. 08.

TILL DATE WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED BACK THE DOCUMENTS.

KINDLY VERIFY EARLIER TOO WE HAVE LODGED GRIVANCES BUT NO ACTION TAKEN, LETTER DATED 16.03.2009 OF MANAGER (O&S), AJMER RECEIVED ON 23.05.2009 BUT NO ACTION MADE.

(1) My father had a policy no.29415510 Risk date28.12.1962from Darbhanga (Bihar ) He passed away on 14.11.1983
(2) One day my mother Smt. Shail Kumari Devi found a receipt for the above policy
(3) She wanted to know about the above policy whether he did received or not .
(4) she sought information in this regard throgh several letter and in person.
(5) She sent letter through registered letter on11.01.1997 Regitered letter no.4657 to Br.Manager LIC Darbhanga & also sent letter to the Zonal division Muzaffarpur
(6) The attitute of your LIC Staff of Darbhanga branch was very negaitive and he did not want to talk even about this policy.
(6) Lastly the said information was sought through RTI but in vain .

My name is SriramaMuty Mangalampalli, Policy No.[protected]. I submit document for Reassignment of policy and getting Acknowledgement also. But till date not Reassignment of my plolicy. Wide LIC Ack No.FNO.3762, Dt.16.05.2009.

I contact Himayat Nagar Brach on telephone. He said, I don’t have any documents for your reassignment. About this policy of Maturity/Survival Benefit Due also. Acually this amount will be getting on 2008.

Please Settle above metioned problems as early as possible.

i am having a moneyback policy no[protected] date[protected].i have got moneyback cheque after completion of 5 years term in 2007. But after completion of 10 years i.e in 2012 i could not get my moneyback.so please arrange to issue me the moneyback amount. i hope that you will act positively.my mob no-[protected] and e mail id - [protected]@gmail.com
