[Resolved]  Lic Of India — Opted for ECS but not effected

My LIC policy No is[protected]. At the time of maturity, I opted for drawing pension through ECS. I also enclosed a photocopy of my cheque which clearly bears the details required for ECS such as SB Acct No, MICR No, Name and address of my bankers etc. Despite all this, I was issued with cheques for the first one year commencing 01 Apr 2010. The advise note attached with the cheques reads "avail ECS facility at Delhi (NCR), Jaipur, Chandigarh - Contact Branch/ZO IPP Cell Anyway I have approached the Branch Manager of the LIC office at C-29, Community Center, Naraina Vihar New Delhi on 02 Mar 2010 and provided the details for ECS once again. I humbly request the LIC of India to please look into the request so that the chances of misplacing/postal detays while despatching cheques can be avaoided. Moreover this is a good means of speed and savings at both ends

LIC OF INDIA — Kept out Of Life coverage since 2007

On Wed, 18 Feb 2009 16:13:56 +0530 [protected]@licindia.com statement is contradicting to crm.[protected]@licindia.com mail dated Sat, 22 Nov 2008 14:46:32 +0530.
CRM wrote to pay the premium along with Declaration to regularize policy but branch confirmed payment of premiums.
I was kept out of LIC coverage due to unmatured statements and casual attitude of LIC.
I sent two cheques of premiums to LIC in 2009.One cheque is lying with LIC gurgaon and another was sent back to me.
Please, regularize my policy.
Is there any compansation to keep me out of LIFE coverage due to negligence of LIC ?
