sir, i have purchased in year 2008, Health Plus policy No[protected] policy holder-SUNIL DUTT YADAV from LIC OFFICE DAHMPUR,BIJNOR,U.P.,but still iam waiting for health card ( TILL DATE NOT RECEIVED HEALTH CARD).
i have deposited all three (3) annual premium to LIC, And I have submitted request & written compaint, two times, many times telephonic talk,personally contact to the LIC DHAMPUR BRANCH, OFFICE.but all in vain.
So, pl. may look in to the matter & instruct to the concern,& may oblige me,i shall be highly thankfull to you for nice coopration & n/a.

        I have grievance against Model Town, Delhi-123 branch where my case is pending for over three months. Dev Office code is 5036011.

        I have paid a sum of Rs. 45000 on[protected]BOC 20817 Model Town, Delhi-123) and 5860 on[protected]BOC 24953 Model Town, Delhi-123) towards two LIC policy (endowment and term). The proposal no 22605 for one of the policy. The two policy which i had selected after spending almost two months and reviewing various proposal by other private insurance company just because of trust in LIC.

        I was medically examined as the policy was of high worth. Due to some adverse report relating to blood sugar, i was again medically examined. The report was negative again. I was not intimated any thing about the blood report and my policy. Just to be sure about my heath i got my blood sugar tested in some private lab for personal satisfaction where the report was ok which mean the blood sugar was within range. This fact i intimated to my agent. He informed me that nothing can be done. just two day before March 31, 2010, i was informed by my agent (not officially) that i have to pay additional amount of Rs. 15,000 to take the above two policy due to negative blood report. I was shocked to know this at last moment. I was surprised that nothing was intimated to me by LIC officially for three months and on the last day, i was asked to pay Rs. 15,000 within two days in case i want to take this policy by March 31, 2010 to save tax.

        This was a highly irresponsible act by the LIC team which has resulted into higher tax deduction from my salary in March and more than that i lost faith in LIC. Till date, my agent is asking for official intimation about the status of my case from LIC officials but no body is behaving responsibly. Till date, i am not aware of the reason of asking additional Rs. 15,000 on last date and how it was calculated.

        In case nothing can be done, i request at least my money be returned to me with interest.

        Life Insurance Of India — status report

        Subject: COMPLAINT AGAINST THE DELAY FOR THE RETURN OF MONEY.
        Respected sir,
        I Nand Kishore Garg (policy no:[protected] have taken an ulip plan policy on 14thmarch 2005 from Roopnagar Branch of LIC Delhi and have paid a premium of RS.30000 one time premium. On the same date I have taken the same policy for my wife Mrs.Renu Garg (policy no.[protected] of same amount i.e. Rs.30000.We have surrendered that policy in 14th March 2010. We have not got the money back yet.
        The computer of respected department of lic is showing wrong ulips due to which my amount has been decreased to RS.35 only that is not possible. But the same computer is showing the correct ulips for my wife policy and her amount has increased to RS.63000 approximately.
        The case is pending from last 1.5 Years from March 2010 To May 2011. We have fulfilled all their demands and documents but still we have not got any satisfactory answers.
        We have submitted following documents:
        1) Bond Policy
        2) Bank Statement
        3) Policy D.O.C
        4) Policy Surrender Form
        5) Passbook Copy

        I have visited their office many times at least 50 times. I have also talked to the Manager Mr. Mahesh Chandra and his respected staff member Madan Lal. I had regularly been calling in their department and they have been delaying my work. I feel very disappointed because of the delay and inefficiency of my work.
        Mr.Arya Divisional Officer of LIC is not responding to our complaint and making new demands at each call. I am very disappointed from him as well.



        I have submitted all my documents and I am not having any other document now to fulfill their demands. Please consider all my problems and take some strict action against it. Kindly help me get back my hard earned money.
        LIC should mean what the say. Jeevan ke saath bhi jeevan ke baad bhi.

              Dear Sir,
              My daughter and wife purchased LIC market plus policy from LIC of India Chawani-I Branch, Kota due to urgent need of money both are surrender their policies for pre-matured payment after 3 years as per condition of the policy Branch Manager Chawani-I, Kota accepted policy duly all documents and original policy on 7.April.2010 & assured them to pay money with in a week period but it is regretted that Branch Manager Chawani-I Kota have not given satisfactory reply for not receipt payment after more then 5 months & also not gave details of dispatch above policy to their head office this shows mollified intention of Branch Manager in create doughty that he wants some SUVIDHA SULKH as in other Govt. Company/deptt.
              The Matter have been reported twice in consumer form but no action has been taken by Branch Manager Chawani-I, Kota till date even he has not replied above complaints this shows that officer of LIC are secured and they don't care customer and want money against maturity payment "MAY PLEASE HELP ME"

                  Re: Request for waiver of late fee and interest charges against my lic gold credit card no.-

                  In context of above, I would like to mention here that I, Amar Dev Sharma working as Divisional Manager in LIC of India, and holder of the above mentioned card which is a life time free card. I am amongst those card holders who have availed this facility in first phase of issuing of cards to LIC employees.

                  I would like to convey further that I have made all the payments dues well before time through corporation bank. It is surprising me that the card section has not been sending any bill at my residential address which has been quoted at the time of application. Even after timely payments, how the authority can demand for late fees and interest charges. Ask your collecting bank, why they are sending cheques late for clearing.

                  In this case, there is no fault of mine, so you are requested to waive all charges mentioned above. I hope that you will take care the interest of the customer and give me the justice by informing me in time so that I can avail the facility of your credit card section in future.

                  In context of above and with reference to my earlier mail sent to you on 26 September, 2010 at 03:56 pm I would like to mention here that I have not received any communication from your side. Today when I visited Indian Oil Petrol Pump for getting fuel, I found that the LIC card is not in operation.
                  I bring it to your kind notice that I have made all the payments well before time. Today when I contacted on your toll free helpline number[protected] there was no response. Thereafter I contacted on[protected] madam Loveleen attended the call but she was unable to reply properly. She gave me another number[protected] Mrs. Mehta attended the call, she also showed her helplessness and gave me another number[protected]. I tried to contact on the given number but nobody picked up the telephone till 3:40 pm.
                  In the last there is no alternate except sending mail. I am sending my grievance through this mail that LIC credit card a joint venture with corporation bank is a big failure in providing proper services to its valuable customers. You are again requested to waive off all the interest and other dues as there is no fault of mine since all the payments have been made in time .I hope that the authority will look into the matter without further delay and restore the services of the card with proper intimation to me.

                      I have two LIC policies opened at Sivagangai (TN) branch 74J. I am also a Central Govt employeer in Indian Army. Now days the army personels payments are coverted in to the Bank salary packages such bank of SBI etc... Now I would like to covert my half dues of policy perimums in to the SSS plan. Please gauide me for the same at the earliest as possible and may I also enjoy the same through my salary from bank or our Pay Account Offices. If any GO for this please give us for.

                        my brother in law was died on 30.1.2008 by road accident. he was insured his life by the policy made with lic of india. after his death we approach the company for claim the refuse our claim because my brother in law not having driving licence so it was not elligible for claim.

                        my doubt is if he was walk away in road and met accident is elligible but vehicle riding without licence is not-elligle is how....?

                        kindly request reply and ideas give me an early....

                            My daughter and wife purchased LIC market plus policy from LIC of India Chawani-I Branch, Kota due to urgent need of money both are surrender their policies for pre-matured payment after 3 years as per condition of the policy Branch Manager Chawani-I, Kota accepted policy duly all documents and original policy on 7.April.2010 & assured them to pay money with in a week period but it is regretted that Branch Manager Chawani-I Kota have not given satisfactory reply for not receipt payment after more then 5 months & also not gave details of dispatch above policy to their head office this shows mollified intention of Branch Manager in create doughty that he wants some SUVIDHA SULKH as in other Govt. Company/deptt.
                            The Matter have been reported twice in consumer form but no action has been taken by Branch Manager Chawani-I, Kota till date even he has not replied above complaints this shows that officer of LIC are secured and they don't care customer and want money against maturity payment "MAY PLEASE HELP ME"

                                      I am giving you full details of my grievance case against Star Health And Allied Insurance Company Ltd. You are requested to telecast this on your news channel.
                                      I was hospitalized in the month of July 2009, in the three hospitals. Two hospitals from Mumbai and one from Bangaluru. The following were the details of my claims with the Star Health & Allied insurance Company.

                                      My disease was diagnosed as “Primary Pulmonary Hypertension”. This type of disease is very rare i.e. one in million as explained by the doctors.
                                      At the time of admission in the hospital I had told my past history to all the doctors that I was hospitalized in Dubai for catheterization test two years back and reports were found clean. Also, I have proof of the CD given by the Hospital for the test carried out. The doctors in Dubai advised me for the catheterization test in order to take the advantage of my full medical insurance.
                                      On this basis my claims were rejected by the Insurance Company. Even after submitting the confirmation in writing from the doctors in Jay Anand Hospital, Thane and Kokilaben Dhirubahi Ambani Hospital, Mumbai, that the “Patient had no past History of this disease” the Insurance Company is not giving me the claims. Even in the discharge cards from these two hospitals, it is mentioned that the “Patient had no past history”.
                                      Mr. R. Subramaniyam – Head of Claims Star Health and Allied Insurance Company is a very adamant person and he replied me arrogantly on the phone that I will not sanction your claim and now the Company is claiming the amount refunded to me against the third claim.

                                      I need your help in telecasting this genuine grievance on your news channel.

                                        Hi,

                                        Me too face the similar problem. These LICHFL Babus are still in colonial era.
                                        More no of files on the table, more powerful they appear. No civilaty in addressing people concerns.
                                        These relationship manager are worth nothing.
