[Resolved] Lic Of India — working condition

respected sir/mam, i have been "sick" of the working condition of "LIC BRANCH" [RUTTHA, VARANASI-LUCKNOW ROAD]. majority people are illiterate in my city, so that's why no body is able to file a complain about the working condition and if someone is complaining about the matter, no body is listing. "CASHIERS ARE NOT AT ALL COMING ON TIME, BUT THEY USED TO GO ON TIME." in fact, the customers used to come before time or on time of opening of branch, that is 10:00 am. My policy no[protected] & orginally my policy was at Halflong Branch.My 2nd installment of money back was due in Feb'2008.But till date I have not received the same.Oflate I have transferred mmy policy to Shillong Branch.

I am having constant touch with the officers of LICI, Halflong branch.Always they promise me & asked for my new address of communication, but till date I am to receive my cheque.

I am requesting for my 2nd installment along with accrued interest .

If I dont receive within 15 days I will ask through RTI act with necessary intimation to the Higher Authorities.

This is never expected from LICI, I had a strong impression with LICI.

This is regarding short supply of Indane LPG Cylinder.I am staying in Lower New Coloney, Shillong-3.I am having connection from m/s Sukbha Gas Agency, Laitumukrha(Indial Oil Corporation Ltd) It is to state here that they do supply gas cylinder at particular location from where we have to collect that to short supply.But the problem is they should make available the same at the doorstep only.Their timing is also not perfect.After waiting for long time in the Q, one has to realise that there is not sufficient cylinder...this is causing great trouble for the consumers.If they have provided the connection then availability of LPG Cylinder should be ensured by m/s Sukbha Gas Agency, Shillong, Meghalaya.

Plz do something so that people do not suffer because of shortage of LPG cylinder.
