Dear Sir: The problem is that the LIC Premium of Rs 10573 for Jeevan Suraksha Policy number[protected] was accepted twice as per following details SNo Tr No Date Branch Remarks 1. 775 18 January 2006 886(internet) 2. 81230 27 January 2006 227 Lucknow Grievance No 20334 was immediately posted on the website of LIC. Since the company has not responded, fresh complaint was registered vide grievance No _____ dated ______.
