Dated: 30.09.2010 Dear Sir, my insurance policy no. is[protected] and my premium of said policy is due on 23rd Sept 2010 (Last due date is 23rd Oct 2010), and on 28th Sept 2010 I had paid the premium through net banking, but after paying my premium I am still waiting for my E-Receipt.
