[Resolved] Lic Of India — DSE's is being cheated by LIC - Zonal Managers | |||
LIC has been recruiting DSE's all over India, People don't give attracted to such opportunities and leave u r current goals, instead u can work as Agents, there DSE's were treated like Professional . The Recruitment decisions is not taken by LIC and salary is not decided by LIC OF INDIA, its decided by ZONAL MANAGER itself. They force to do business where agents can't meet with full confidence and finish orders. The remunerations is as worst as one cant even imagine, an Agent will be getting thrice the remuneration tan what a DSE get. many were cheated not even giving the remuneration too. Instead they say to finish the next years target and get the remaining remuneration, If we ask for it they say LIC OF INDIA, MUMBAI has to take decision, I know LIC OF INDIA, MUMBAI is no way related to Zonal manager decision, LIC OF INDIA market share is getting down from 2004, in order to with stand they try to achieve their target using Professionals. LIC ZONAL MANAGERS are cheaters, dont play with the youngsters life, will you do this to u r child, think and act and give the pending remunerations to people those who worked for you, cheater! so dont take up this opportunity friends, U wont be having a permanent job joining this, this wont add u any experience, take up my advice Was this information helpful? | |||

yes, Lic Direct marketing is cheater who is playing with Indian youth carrier, don't join this fraud department as their intention is to loot the incentive or commission which they will be receiving once you submit a policy with them in your code. Lic Direct Marketing is thus spreading corruption also as they are not eligible to receive that renewals so don't spoil your carrier and you can easily find that agent is earning more than a direct sales executive. Only few Dse those who agree to pay part of their profit will be able to continue otherwise once you are suck up by giving your self generated business you will be thrown away. Dse recruitment is only use and throws policies. Sme looking after them is also on contract basis but his only work is to collect money for lic officials.
Be careful. Stand against corruption and don't get cheated in the name of job.

Default LIC DSE Issue
I am working in LIC of india as Direct sales Executive
LIC of India has opened a new marketing channel known as DIRECT MARKETING
FOR THIS CHANNEL THEY HAVE HIRED DIRECT SALES EXECUTIVE(DSE).
I am one of the Sales Executive selected, selected in mid of june 2010
This is to inform everyone that:
1 This is not at all properly defined channel
2 Lic is very unprofessional & careless in intimating the job profile & structure of DSE in the recruitment details issued on their website
3 After 3 month of working I came to know that they are not showing us even a contractual employees in records .They were deducting TDS on total salay & incentive & when i ask the authority about why they are deducting TDS as my salary don't come under taxable income.They did not answer properly & when i keep on asking for 3 months they told me one day that Lic is not showing us employee & total salary you get is basically commission from sale of policies
4 Appointment letter was given after 75 days of joining & that was too not on the LIC letter head, letter was singed by the SDM but his name was not mentioned on it, even their was no seal on it . Most importantly their was no pay structure mentioned in the Appointment letter .When I was receiving the Appointment letter I was not allowed to put the date of recieving on the other copy.
5 LIC do not provide us with salary & incentive certificate.Every time their is confusion that -why they have deducted some or the other amount?, or why they have given extra to other inspite of doing the same business?. A proper salary or incentive certificate should be issued about what they are giving for each business we do in the particular month & what the total amt we are getting in the month. so that we show our average salary if we want to apply in other company.
6 Higher authority is very much confused regarding all these problems when i ask them
so pls guide me in handling this problem
