[Resolved]  Lic Of India — MATURITY PAYMENT

I have submitted my complain about the "MATURITY PAYMENT" against the LIC OF INDIA , so many times in your FORUM but I did not get the reply till date.
Where I can view the status of my complain ? please inform.Because this is only the last and final FORUM for us to complain

Dear sir,
My policy no. is[protected] . It was matured and I filled-up Form and send it to the local office by post as now a days I am living at Kolkata. Change of address is also informed, ?Yet to receive the cheque .Please inform me latest position.
My wife's policy no. is[protected] . one money back is due but not received yet.She is also living with me at kolkata and change of adress and bank details was submitted with your local office.

Sir,
I want to inform that the afore said policy was wrongly treated and considered as the “Surrender case”
Actually the forms for finalization of policy were sent to me before one year to submit the same duly filled in. I did not fill the forms, but when I received the forms second time I asked my agent about the forms. The agent suggested me to fill in the forms and mention, whether I want to opt the pension or want the full payment in one lump sum.
It is true that I opted for one lump sum but it was after the maturity period of the policy, and I opted for one lump sum, because there was column/option for one lump sum.
This was treated as the “Pre mature surrender case”, and it was treated like wise.
I did not want the Pre mature surrender case, as I was not in need of money, and I was ready to pay the premium up to the maturity date.
This was totally wrong dealing by The LIC. Rather it is a clear cut case of cheating
How can any body, who is a regular premium payer, can opt for premature surrender of the policy, and that too before one year only? This is a huge loss to me, given by the LIC.
Please enquire in the matter and take appropriate action, and review the case immediately.
I was misguided by LIC and taken the forms duly filled in and wrongly treated as the “Pre mature surrender case”

In this reference I want to state that I had enquired in the grievances cell of LIC vide my complaint No:239185, but they informed me that the case have been closed
Further they informed that there is no option for one lump sum payment.
Now I just want to ask that if there is no option for one lump sum payment , then why did they mention in their claim form for one lump sum payment ?
Is it not the mis-guiding to the customers or cheating with the customers ?
I , there by request to please look in the matter and if possible arrange to give me the justice in the case.

I have a complaint against officers & Staff of Br.office( code no can be intimated).The have no Ethics & rude with the customer. My policy was matured on 20th Dec.2010 I have handed over all necessary the documents.After checking in claim section one copy of handed documents were delivered documents.After verification the clerk has confirmed that all documents are ok & I will get payments in time in my bank as per the account no. given with cancelled copy of cheque.While delivery of documents, I contacted the officer, but he also was not on the seat.after request one person came, he receive the documents, but not ready to give official receipt with putting stamp sign & dairy No.After struggler some another officer has signed on his behalf, & one of the officer came & told me that you do not know who am I?I have asked his name but not replied.He threaten me for recovery of matured payments
In reply to this I have not received payments so far till writing.I have sent my rep. for inquiry, first they said without looking, there is no such policy.In reply to that if there is no policy then why u have given letter of maturity?After he convince for policy maturity, but he refused to pay & demanded stamp paper of 100 rs.with affidavit.Why this type of herasments, to the senior citizens & customers?Can any body reply?I have tried all the nos given but some nos are not replied or not lifted during working hours.can u make some inquiry against the officer in my presence.As if you may take inquiry, again there is every chance for delay in payments as threatener

Dear Sir,

I am working as an agent in Branch III Jaipur, High Court Circle Jaipur, My two policy holder's policy was mature in the month of Feb. 2010 and Feb. 2011 but the Claim manager was mad payment wrongly as under :-
1. policy No.[protected] Chequ was prepaired in the short name i.e. A.K.Mishra amounting Rs.31000/- dated 27.2.10. After long discussion claim manager Mr. Meena say first you submit an affidavit in favour on LIC for your Full Name i.e. Anil Kumar Mishra, which is not our fault, but we submit an affidavit on Rs.10/- non judicial stamp paper but till date chequ was not prepaired by him and conduct misbehave.
2. Policy No.[protected] chequ was prepaired in the name Santosh Gupta amounting Rs.111262/- dated 28.2.2011 in place of Santosh Khandelwal after several request to Mr. Meena again he say for submitting an affidavit in the name of Santosh Khandelwal and I submitted it on 26.3.11but till date Mr Meena was not prepaired cheque and conduct misbehave.
Kindly do the need full and instruct concerned

My Policy No[protected] has matured on 28/01/2011. after getting information from Lic of India
Branch No 14, 23A/44X D. H. Road, Kolkatta in my Old address at S. M. Nagar Housing Estate,
Block No-M1/6, P. O. Sarkarpool, 24,Pargana(s). Now I am staying Cochin (kerala). before change my place I inform by letter to same branch office my change address and near LIC office in Cochin. Still not change policy to my new address. Matuirity letter recived on old address my friends redirected to my new address.. After getting letter I immedley send Origional Policy along with signed Maturity letter and
my Bank Name and Account No. Doccuments send trough Registered Post under reciept no EL[protected]N dated 25/04/2011. Still on date I am not recied payment or any leter from Lic Branch office.,

LIC Policy No.[protected] in the name of Sugandha Passi matured on 30.04.12 but the payment is still not recieved till today 28.09.12.Please do the needfull.
