LIC online payment — Password and id forgotten

HI, I registered my policy for online payment, But i have forgotten my id & password, Kindly cancel this forgotten id & password. MY LOGIN ID IS YATIN555 BUT TILL DATE, I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY PASSWORD AGAINST THIS ID.
