[Resolved] LICHFL, Thanjavur — Documents against loan not received | |||
Loan file no.[protected] foreclosed in 03 jan-2011 but till date no documents recieved from mumbai office. Also thre is no one lifting phones seems that thay dont want to change the culture of typical govt. office. I tried n number of times daily on phone[protected] & 22644052 as given by reception-mumbai office. When it is tolto him that no body is lifting phone on this numbers, he replied he can not do anything. No body is MAI-BAAP of LIC Housing finance limited. Bhagwaan bharose hai sab kuch. This is very much surprised to listen you after 2 months (applied on 18-08.2012), that our application has been cancelled. What should i feel is neither you people provide your policies to your juniors CRA (Mr. Jaspal Rawat) nor to your seniors Area Manager (Mr. R.K. Dubey). As both of persons had interaction with us and both had checked our documents. When they had all the way sayings that we had got the approvals, so on which basis they were got authorised to commit such type of words.Where your policies were lying on at that moment. Either they were lingering on, or cutting me fool. But what was the motto against this sort of job? If they were aware of about the policies then there should not be used of the processing fee of Rs. 1124/= which got debited in my account on 29.08.2012. I do not have words to explain that such a big company like LIC HOUSING FINANCE LTD. is going to indulge in false commitments. How ever it is co's decretionery power to provide loans to me or not. But you people should not linger on to any one.
It simply shows that a small processing fee can fill up your stomach's. It was me who arranged my instalments (pending) and paid to Omaxe Ltd. without failing otherwise i may heavily penalised with interests.
One more thing i would like to share that never my chartered accountant has felt requirement of any Registration for our KIDS STUDY CENTRE. as we are not doing this on a very large scale, nor we are required any current account, as we are maintaining a savings account for. If still there are some of chances to review than do it favour.

My loan file number is [protected] . I completed my loan in December 2011 but still i not receive my original documents whenever i call they avoid and not giving proper answer.
