Life Insurance — Matured Amount not received

Dear Sir,

My Wife's Policy Number is[protected] which is mature in 2010. We have yet not received matured amount of my policy. She also surrender the policy. Please guide me what i do because i contact many times to the LIC office where my policy is surrender.
