Dear Sir/ Mam,
I bought a sunglass of Polaroid item code P4139A on 16-Apr-2012 from lifestyle international Pvt. ltd Jaipur, which were got defected automatically just after one week. I sent back this sunglass to lifestyle international Pvt. ltd Jaipur for service, staff member of lifestyle assured me that sunglasses will be repaired soon & it will take 15 days. After two week i received a call from lifestyle jaipur that sunglasses has been repared and you can collect them. when i reached at Lifestyle jaipur sunglass handover to me in same condition. when i asked them that these are in same condition what is the issue, they again took back these sun glasses and give me another service slip no 4715 & sent back second time for repairing of these sun glasses to service centre & assured me that these sunglsses will be handover to me by 20/07/2012 but i haven't received these sunglasses till date i.e 15/08/2012.
I have already visitted lifestyle Jaipur twice from Bharatpur.
Plese do needful regarding this issue.

Lifestyle International Pvt. Ltd — charity collection without customer's consent
I purchased some items of clothing yesterday at the Lifestyle store at the Express Avenue mall. The total was 698 Rs. I was a little surprised when the billing clerk charged me Rs. 699. I looked at the bill and saw that there was a Re.1 charge towards Lifetrust fund. When I questioned the clerk about that she said that it was for helping poor kids. I was quite shocked that I was not asked first before I was charged and felt if the company really wanted to do something for under privileged kids it should be contributing from its profits and not taking money from the customers even without asking for their consent first. I am not against helping poor kids and it is definitely not about 1 Re but I do not approve of somebody taking money from me without asking me first. There should be some check on these unauthorized and forcible charity collections.
