Lifestyle International Pvt. Ltd — They cancelled my order without my concern & I want that product

I ordered shoes on the website lifestylestores.com on 23/04/2023 at 7:50 pm viz order no. [protected], and I got an order confirmation sms, later within 3 hrs I got an order cancelled sms for the same product & that shows that I have requested to cancel it which is the very wrong statement. I have never called or requested to cancel my order. So I mailed them that don't want any refund I want the product which I have ordered.

Even they can check their call log or Mail for order cancellations ever they received from my side.

The matter is when I ordered the shoes it was at Rs. 552.00 & now it is showing at amount: 1874.00 that's why the company cancelled it, that is their website's fault. they should look after it.

So it was their website issue that showed me the amount of 552.00 & I ordered it.

I want the product which I ordered.

I got a call from them that there was a technical issue so we compensate for Rs. 500.00 on the purchase of Rs. 2000

I have mailed them all details 3 to 4 times with reminders but later no reply from them.

waiting for a resolution.
