I would like to bring to your notice, the Max Retail Division is charging for paper bags. Even though the product was bought from their outlet.
A charge of Rs.5 has been charged.
I hereby attach the bill of the transaction.
Please take the necessary action.
There was a similar incident where Bata had charged for the bags. Paper bags should be given by the retailer for no extra cost.
