[Resolved] Linkquest Telecom Ltd — without notice termination | |
Dear Sir/Madam I want to say that I am Mukesh Kumar Kushwaha. before some time I selected in linkquest Telecom Ltd. as an Accounts Executive in the salary of 9500 per month.(mention in my offer Letter) for General accounting.. I joined this company in 29/06/2009. I selected by Dept. H.R. Manager Mr. Amit Dhar & Finance Director of this company. after joining of one week my Finance manager Mr. Shoibh Khan told to me sorry mukesh it is wrong Joining. we wanted to hire Taxation person but due to mistake we hired general accounting person. you may leave from there. We have no needs of general Accounting person then i called to Dept. H.R. Manager Mr. Amit Dhar. He told to me I will call to you after one hour He did not call to me then I called to him then he told to me you may leaved from there. We will give to you your one week salary. But after five days I called to him and asked about my salary. he told to me Mukesh you are not eligible for salary. due to mistake of this Company I am suffering from many problems. Because I losed my preavios job. I have already lossed my one week salary. So plz I want to say that I want my salary and compensation to Linkquest Telecom Ltd. Sir so plz give me justice. You can go to the employee justice and harassment tribunal, or consumer court or whatever body that protects the rights and file a case against LinkQuest

Its very wrong.. u should employee harashment. u hav prove also All joing frem, so u can give them legal notice..
Dear Mukesh, If you are an Accounts domain candidate I'm sure you should have lodged a complaint legally on the pretext that happened to you. Thats how you are respected and secure up coming candidates from such pathetic companies. Get yourself and have a legal notice issued...Justice is what you and all need.
Dear Mukesh sorry to for what ever happened to you, you should not leave this matter alone, just go to HRD office in your area, and file a complaint on them, they totally doomed you, you said you lost your previous job, so you can win the case, and you can demand a high compensation due to your losses because of that job, so just go to them buddy, everything will alright buddy
