have purchased one double bed and two single beds from linus marketing on 2/01/11. I paid whole amount 58500.00 on same day.I received the beds after 5 weeks.It took one more week to aseemble it. Double bed has a lotof alligmnet, finishing problems, while one of single bed has got lot of scratches.I pointed out those defects to their sales person mr. Deshmukh. Even after repeated request my problem was not solved . Every time mr. Deshmukh and his men promise to solve the issue. Their carpenter comes do som patch work and goafter pormising to do it next time.They even couldnot sent proper dimensionfitiing tfor single bed.
After discussion with their boss mr pawar, on 14.4.2011.They took back part of double bed which has a defects promissing to replace it within 3-4 days.After repeated follow up they deliver the part on 28.04.2011. Insted of replacing it it filles they have done some patch work. It is not upto our satisfaction. Further one of our single bed issue is still pending. There is no communication from their side.Can anybody guide us how to deal with thease people.

I have order BEDroom set, Loaff & Kitchen furniture...& as per DOC it's one month from Order but 1 week later ..i am still waiting for furniture...I have called evry day 5 to 6 time but their replied Today evening ...tommorrow ...but tommorrow never come...
I would request to help to Cancel my All order...
