[Resolved]  Linus Furniture — Issues in quality and after sales service

I had purchased furniture from Linus for my new house in Hyde Park Thane. Invoice number 164.
I want to bring to your notice that when my furniture was delivered to me the person Mr. Sachin, with whom I was coordinating and with whom all my discussions happened went absconding in between. Linus management didn't bothered to appoint a new person in absence.Due to this, no one from Linus came to check if the furniture delivered and installed was of good quality and to our satisfaction. There are of issue we are facing few of which I got resolved after lot of follow up. Still there are issue like Kitchen cabinet alignment, wardrobe door not closing, bed making noise and safety door not closing completely in rainy season.Also no polishing of door frame was done and was left as it is.
Even after lot of follow up no one has turned around or bothered to reply.
