I loose my ATM pin number, I want new ATM Pin Nuber. I am requested to give a new pin number by letter in your KHAMGAON MAIN BRANCH before 2 month. But the local branch not give me a pin number. I go your khmagaon branch and meet branch Manager Amit Bhide. But he or other employees not satisfy me. I go their 1 to 5 time. Sir Your Bank is Largest and reputet in country, but KHAMGAON BRANCH OFFICE not give proper service. So please Sent my pin number immadiatilly.

I had made a transaction of withdrawal of Rs. 1500/- from ATM Centre of Punjab National Bank at Shop No. 4859, Gokulwadi, Aurangpura, Aurangabad on 15.12.2012 at about 19:44 P.M. It was from the saving Bank account at S.B.H. Samarthnagar, Aurangabad...
But, surprisingly, At last, I received Rs. 1000/- only from ATM centre after going through every procedure of withdrawal. But, Rs. 1500/- was deducted from my saving account. I again checked by making a immediate transaction of withdrawal of Rs.100/-. I received properly Rs. 100/- from my account. But, at the second time, there was no fault.
Sir, thereafter I lodged my complaint with my banker i.e. S.B.H. Samarthnagar, Aurangabad. They also responded my complaint by forwarding the same to Punjab National Bank... But I learnt from my banker many a times that transaction was OK. There was no surplus of amount of Rs. 500/- in ATM at the end of the day & therefore, now, it cannot be done more in this regard...
Sir, If it were huge amount, I would have huge loss.
Sir, this is very harmful to me... Now I am going to lodge complaint with higher authorities of my banker as well as Punjab National Bank...
