It's pathetic that my query regarding the deduction of Rs. 25/- is still not answerable against mobile no .[protected].
Since last week the msg from the customer desk is the system is still under updation.
Without a proper reply I am afraid to recharge & force to make up my mind to withdraw the loop service which is no longer in a loop .

Each & everytime when i recharge my account there is deduction of RS.5 everytime.
when i called the mobile executive he told that u should unsubscribe the service which is running on your prepaid service. Upto my information there is nosuch service being activated on my prepaid.

loop mobile assistance are really cheating us by deducting balance. i had asked customer execetive to deactivate the service of hungama pack i.e model of the dat and full song subscription.they have deactivated full song subscription.but not the model of the day.despite of asking 100 times to customer execetives they are not reverting back with the answer.i talked to Mr Vasim but he is not doing any work.please revert back to me as soon as possible.
loop mobile assistance are really cheating us by deducting balance. i had asked customer executive to deactivate the service of news & Indian Law pack i.e model of the that and full news & Law ideas subscription.they have deactivated full subscription.but not the model of the day.despite of asking 100 times to customer executives, but deduction of my amount is continued till zero rupees. Now my balance is 0.19 they overall deducted my 50 rupees in 20 days. they are not reverting back with proper answer. Could some one please reply what should I do?
Do you use net from ur mobile?? it could be the case that while using net the balance got in negative and when u recharged it cut the balance.
If this not the case then go to loop website and there you wil find a no. of email ids of all the senior authorities. Send an email to all of them telling ur problem. Also call some of them.
