My Loop mobile number [protected], i want to porting with IDIEA. All formality complete But Loop mobile sent message to Idia my card is post paid. but my card is prepaid. I confime with Koperhairne Gallary the tell me this card is prepaid. Loop mobile rejected application reson is my card is post paid and overdue bill. And their record my name is worngly entre. I am pained to inform you that I had put a request for the following nos. [protected] and [protected] to be ported to idea. The bills have been paid and there is no outstanding as far as the above mobile nos, mentioned.However even after verification from Idea cellular I fail to understand why LOOP MOBILE is delaying the the porting.
I sincerely request you to allow us to port out from loop tp idea cellular
