I, sanjay visited the customer care centre at mahim having mobile no would like to give sequence of tasks taken place and the behaviour of the staff.

I opened the door to see people standing at the coupon stand and the security personel was busy making the inoperative coupon vending machine work.
After numerous tries he decided to make a plain paper coupons thus he went inside the office to get some blank paper and then he started distributing the plain paper coupons same as per his wish.
