On the name of internet pack, rs.11 has been deducted from my account despite of the fact that no message asking for my confirmation to renew such pack was sent to me as per company rules, nor was i informed that this pack will get auto-renewed.

one of the customer care executives after having a talk with me, accepted that it was mistake on part of company.

i strongly demand a refund of balance for the same.

i have faced the same issue before also and this is complete cheating on grounds of non-disclosure of information.

also, several times, call has been transferred to seniors, but they have remained un-responded keeping me on hold all the time.

i hope this matter is solved at the earliest otherwise the company could face a tough road ahead, leaving me no option but to approach the court.

at 3:50 pm.every day one rupee was getting deducted from my balance for some kind of service...which were not activated by me.on 7 July i.e. Monday i got a call from customer care, they told me that all the services would be deactivated with in two days.(animation, wallpaper, health tips, video, games, value added services etc)..
and i was also told that i that two days no rupee would be deducted from my balance...but this didn't happen...in my first complain i even asked for 10 rupees refund, which i got on monday itself after the customer care called me..so thank you for the refund...


when i made my first complain my balance was Rs 15.06
thn got a refund of Rs 10..so the total comes to 25.06..but now my balance is 23.06

so i want to know what is it???what should i do now????

when i got call on Monday i was told that from now onwards no rupee would be deducted from my balance...but its not happening...i would request u all to look into this matter again ..."i haven't activated any kind of above services "..y is my balance getting deducted????..this is my second complain.

kindly solve this matter as early as possible...

everyday 1 rupee was getting deducted from my balance.on 7 July i.e on Monday i got a call from the customer care, thy told me that all services would be deactivated with in two days.(animation, wallpaper, videos, games, health tips etc)

(i have not activated any of this services.)i was also told that from now onwards no rupee would b deducted from your balance.but this didnt happen...

when i made my irst complain my balance was Rs 15.06.

with this a refund of Rs10. Which i asked in my first complain it

it comes to 25.06...but today my balance is 23.06 ( i have not made any calls, msgs nothing)

now my question is what should i do now???i want to know y my balance is getting deducted now???

when i got a call on 7 th i was told that i would get a refund, which i got also...(thank you for that)

but i was also told that no rupee would be deducted...this is not happening...i would kindly request u all to look in to this matter again..this is my second complain...thank you

    I had recharged my no. [protected] by INR 222 today noon. and athen gone for sms pack of 27. But 54 got deducted. When called at customer care. they say that the server is down n system is getting updated and all things. After calling 5 times at last they told me the reason that the package got renewed. the amount that was deducted was twice the actual amount. when asked to take the complaint the agents say they cannot launch the complaint and the amount cannot be refunded. please help me i am a lower middleclass person and even 27 Rs is a amount for me. the agents who wasted my time for the cause were Dhiraj/Niraj, Sher ali, Arjun, Dharmendra and some senior. Please help me with my money.
    Loop mopbile company not ready to take the complaint also.,

      Hello This is Suraj Chavan
      Recently i bought new Loop Prepaid 2 Connections with an MGM Plan
      in which both no can call n messaging in free of cost for LIFETIME Period
      & internet 2 gb each for Three Months
      This no. are on my wife's name. Her name is Supriya Kadam
      We activated DND also
      but now few days daily my balance deduct rs 5 rs10
      so i want to ask u why this deduction if i have free internet offer
      plzz ka
      kindly tell me fast

        I recharged with rs.29 on my no. which is [protected] on 12th june, 2012 at around 11 am. But my net plan was not activated till evening, so i called Customer Care no. (198) to enquire about the same. I was informed that the 29 plan was terminated by the Loop Company itself; but they told me that instead talktime of the same amount will be transferred in my account. But now 24 hours past still there is no change in my balance. I had also recharged with 49rs. trunet plan on 11th's night around 10 pm as I needed net connection. I received the message saying the transaction was successful, but still my internet has not been activated.
        So, basically i have not been refunded rs.29 which have gone waste and my net is still not activated after spending total 78rs. (49+29).
        I request you to look into this matter as now they are telling me that 49 plan has been changed to 46. They did not even send a text message informing the same. They tell me to again recharge with 46rs.!!
        Please help me out here!

          bad service providers

          I have been using loop mobile for past 5 years or more - even being a customer for so long does not give me any advantage - i might as well change my service. My outgoing was barred today as i got busy with work and did not find the time to pay the bill - but with in two hours of my service being barred - i went and paid my bill using a debit card - i was told by the staff that my outgoing will be released in 45 mins as phone is very crucial...

          I am Service Receiver of Loop Mobile, I have faced problem o[censored]nnecessary Balance Deduction for those schemes which i have not asked for like Ring tones, Wallpaper etc

          Recently they started deducting Rs.1/- for some Wallpaper Scheme from 14th May 2012 i wasn't aware of this few days back i observed they are deducting my Balance crossed checked it by avoiding use of this sim, i complained for this on 4th June 2012 they gave me Doc SR 04067096 by saying 2 Processing days they needed but they didn't deactivated it. Today on 7th june 2012 they saying they didn't accept my request for deactivation and gave new DOC-SR[protected] and they need another 2 days for processing what kind of database they manage and what kind of service they are providing.and no customer care executive is able to talk about Balance refund. How can they say on DND service, they cant even manage this so are they doing time pass or playing with Balance of their customers. Earlier I ignored now its becoming serious for me for continuing deductions for different different reasons. at-least they should inform users which schemes they are activating so the user can take steps initially and save further balance deduction.

          I am totally disappointed with service of Loop Mobile and they are not bother.

          I wanted to take Initiative about this Beauvoir of Loop Mobile.
          Guide me How to Proceed.

            dear sir my phone no is [protected] my inter net conection is disconnected all of a sudden since last one weak i am regularly going to the gallery n is told it will be done within half an hour but that half hour is not yet over i have given complaint on 800 n 198 as well but no response they just send me the docket no. n keep on saying asvidha ke liye khed hai if they are really sorry then why my work is not i did not expect this type of service from loop i am an old lady of 70 yr old staying all alone u can very well understand what must be my situation will any thing work or not please let me me know or this complaint will also go in the waste paper basket as the others some one told u listen n take action against it hope it is true i will be glad i[censored] solve my problem at ur earliest n send me a message thanking u urs faithfully badrunissa haji oomer allana

              Hi,

              Myself RAJ, i discontinued using my BPL no after using 5 year for cheaper rates,
              recently i found that the no still exist in system with my name.
              so to get the no again i bought a postpay plan to reactivate the service.
              I got an invalid SIM, i complained after waiting for another 10-12 days.
              Then i received another invalid sim, again after 12 days and i got third SIM which got activated after 9 days.

              soon within 2 days outgoing service was barred due to payment pending of 1 month, for the period in which the card was issued and not being used by me.

              i contacted Mobile assist and mailed to mobile.[protected]@loopmobile.in and then redressal.[protected]@loopmobile.in.

              i had complainted to nodle athority at appellate.[protected]@bplmail.com.

              But never got any responce from these teams,

                I had launched the following complain with Loop Mobile on March 24, 2012. However, since than despite continuous follow-up have not received any satisfactory reply or apology from the company. Kindly help me in getting a suitable redressal from the Loop Mobile

                Ref: Pre-paid mobile Nos:[protected] /[protected]

                I had purchased three pre-paid Loop Mobile sim cards in the month of December 2011 as follows:

                Mobile Number[protected] in the name of Mr Sejal Doshi
                Mobile Number[protected] in the name of Mrs Deepa Doshi
                Mobile Number[protected] in the name of Mr Sanjay Doshi

                The above-mentioned two numbers in the name of Sejal Doshi / Deepa Doshi were duly activated and completed the verification process as well. Initially, the card was used for few days and subsequently kept aside for few months. Today I went to start the two cards and found that both were deactivated.

                I visited your Loop Mobile Gallery located at Hanuman Road, Vile-Parle (East), Mumbai - 400 057. The customer executive named Mr Sivaji Pawar was very rude and adamant in his behavior. He didn't responded properly and was rude in answering as well. He said that as the cards were not used, those were deactivated and recycled. I asked for such terms and conditions, he said that I should have read the pre-paid mobile application form. I said that I don't have the form, which I filled at the time of application and hence asked him to show me a pre-paid mobile application form. He lied that he don't have any such form in the gallery and if need to check terms and conditions, than I need to visit your Loop mobile website or else get form from outside. On persistent insistence, he took the form out and torn it in front of all the staff and customers, rather than showing us the relevant provisions.

                The other executive than took charge and showed us the relevant terms and conditions to us. I would like to reproduce the relevant terms and conditions - point No. 5 from your Application Form:
                The Loop Mobile Prepaid is valid as per the recharge used. The talktime for card is valid for a period depending on the recharge amount as per the recharge slab. The residual talktime on a card at the end of this period will be added to the talktime of the next recharge if the card is recharged within the talktime validity period. The card is valid for an additional 90 days irrespective of the recharge used. At the end of the above mentioned period (talktime validity plus additional 90 days.) The mobilephone number may be reissued / recycled by Loop Mobile (India) Ltd.; at its sole discretion.

                I would like to complain to you on two issues:

                Firstly regarding the rude behavior of your customer executive as mentioned earlier.

                Secondly, on the deactivation of my two cards. After lots of insistence and argument, I was informed by the gallery person that both the cards were recycled. I also called up your call centre on the number[protected] and after efforts of around 30-40 minutes on the phone, I was provided with similar information that the cards were recycled on February 27, 2012.

                Now here I would like to seek justification that how can the card be recycled in such a short span of time despite the card was having sufficient talktime within its validity period. At the time of purchase, the card was having talktime of Rs 45-70 (am not sure about exact amount) with validity till 2014. As per the Terms and conditions in your application form a card can be reissued / recycled only if the talktime is exhausted or the validity is complete. Even in both the cases, an additional grace period of 90 days is allowed. I accept that I didn't used the cards for few months. But as per the calculation, no ways you would have recycled the card without giving proper intimation to the customer. Even If you will get the maths correct, the card got activated on December 2, 2011 and it was recycled on February 27, 2012, which is just 87 days. So, how come in less than 90 days the card was recycled? I agree that the card was not in use, so you would have failed to intimate by phone or sms. However, you have complete details of a customer with his address and alternate mobile number or contact number, which were duly provided. In that case atleast those alternate means would have being used to intimate us before recycling the card.

                  I am using Loop Mobile Service my number [protected] and i am facing big problem. I have received bill on 23rd April 2012 when i checked then i came to know bill is wrong. Bill show that i sent 2600 sms on my other number.But i have not received single sms from my this number. then i have done complaint in churchgate gallery more than 3 times but I have not received any response from that Gallery. I have shown proof that I have not received any sms on my other number and executive of the galley also have agreed. I have 15 times contacted to the customer care no body is responding to my complaint and senior executive of the customer care is not coming on line so that i can have a word with him. Finally i decided to complaint at Consumer Court.
                  Without any information thy have disconnected my out going calls.

                    Dear Sir,

                    I am having a cellular connection with LOOP Mobile, bearing the number [protected]. I applied for porting of my number from LOOP to Vodafone. As soon as Loop mobile got my porting request they started creating a lot of Problems for me.
                     First problem was that, they found the Landmark on my application Form was not right. Now, I have been using Loop for almost 10 years, How come they find a problem with the Landmark, now after so many years and that too only when I send a Porting application. Besides, I have enclosed a perfect legal identity proof viz my “Adhaar – UID” card. So if they have any issues they can rely on the Adhaar card.
                     Second, problem is, they send me a SMS that contact Customer Care, this is where I got this reply of Landmark Problem. Withina few hours my outgoing and incoming Calls are Stopped without any intimation or warning.
                    This, is a clear customer harassment who do not wish to use their services.

                    Can TRAI take action against, such erring services providers ? I would like my outgoing and incoming calls to start immediately, as they cannot be stopped unless I have not paid my charges or if there is any other critical problem. BUT on such flimsy reasons no service provider can stop anybody connection without proper information or intimation.

                    I would request you as the regulating authority to take action against such erring party and inform me of your action at your earliest.

                      Im user of Loop Mobile my no-[protected] im using net in my mobile when im downloarding video song it nt hapens thats why i called customer care on 6th may 2012 regards net downloard they told we are taking ur request and on7th may by 11am u will receive call from are technical deptment i didnt receive call till8.30pm again i call customer care but again they are telling with in 4hour u will receive call how many tme i call no response

                        Hi,

                        I am under plan wherein mobile internet and instamail is free. but for the month of March 2012 they have charged excess approx. Rs.1000 towards mobile internet.

                        I have extensively used emails, and wap site which i have been using even in previous plan as well.

                        I have changed to this plan from dec 2011, every month after complain them i used to get reversal.

                        this month, again i have complained but they are adamant. I have paid premium in my plan for the free services and also i have to pay for the download.

                        Loop mobile is cheating on a genuine customer like me.

                        I have already sent request for port out.

                          I did my loop mobile recharge on 24th april then I want to activated my internet plan that is called true net 98.I used *555# ussd code for activation but I got response like your request has been not proceed and I exit from that menu and after half an hour I got message from loop mobile that ur request has been accepted & u charged 98 rupees for the same,then I checked my balance then I came to know that they deduct my balance twice,I called customer care but they are not a knowledgeable & also not able to solve my problem,their system was showing wrong information & their customer care executives also a very rude with the customers.again I called on 29/04/2012 & I talk with Mr ajay gupta he was very rude with me,I just told him to please transfer my call to your senior(floor assist Mr suresh bhodigae) but he told me Maine aapka problem solve kiya hai to mai senior ki call nahi transfer karunga,that was very rude & still I am not getting my 98 rupees balance refund.
                          My loop mobile number is [protected]. You can check the records conversation from 24th april,which loop mobile records all conversation.I need quick response from you on this matter.

                          Loop Mobile — Rude customer Care

                          I called twice on the[protected] and the second person i spoke at 420am to was Extremly rude...He spoilt my day...he was adamant and would not transfer the call to a supervisor... he was very very very rude and i hope this feedback goes to him ... i pay money every month for a service.he needs to understand that withouth customers he will not even get his salary ..very rude rep.


                          He kept arguing that it was a blackout day and i cant send SMS....Ver very rude.. and i am very angry with this service..... i have been facing issues from the last one month with my Gprs and WAP...but this guy i spoke to on 31st december 2011 at 4.20am approximately was very very rude. i would like to know what action will be taken and i want a revrt.

                            Loop service provider activated unnecessary calltune to my mobile no. [protected] by itself. & when i call in customer care they didnot give me satisfy service. my callertune activated 1 one 20th march on that i can give refund of Rs. 6/- or 5/- against balance deducted rs. 7/-. on 22nd March against another callertune activated from loop mobile, which can be charge me rs. 16/- after my compaint again & again they refunded me only rs.8/- remaining Rs. 7/- didnot refund me now. I call them from last week. Again they charge me on 28th March 2012 telling me for sending 2 messages each charge Rs. 3, so they deducted my balance of Rs. 6/- which i compaint from 28th march 12 9pm onward & today they send me message against my DOC-C- [protected] its solve & amt of Rs. NA is being posted into your account for vide . DOC-C-[protected]. right now they are told me ur Rs. 7 for 2nd callertune didnot refund you coz you didnot complaint within 24 hrs, how this possible out of 16rs. they refunded me back Rs. 8/-. Rs.so what should i do now pls guide me. I m disappointed with loop mobile.

                              Loop mobile is providing very bad service or every mobile network service providers are doing the same thing.
                              Additional value added services are getting activated automatically without any participation and charging for them without any indication.
                              I had recharged for Rs222 and they activated some services like live Aarti, wallpaper download service, etc. I had called to their call center also but they are not entertaining. Even after deactivating services again it gets activated. If we are asking more about to call center they are directly cutting the phone. The resolution is not provided by the customer service department even after repeatedly calling them for an answer. Now only Rs 9 is available in my phone. Not giving refund also. I had personally gone to gallery also but no response from them and there were many people who came for the same complaint. So I am requesting from everyone who are facing the same problem like me.

                                Eventhough my submittion of my Govt. Staff Identity card to staff in Dadar Gallary. They insulted me and harrased me to come several times to their office. I complained the matter to the customer care of Loop Mobile. They responded me that they can do nothing in this matter. The opening time of the Shop was shown as 10 A.M. I came to the shop at 11.30 A.M, One person alone sat their and told me that we wer manager of the loop mobile company. We have right to open the shop at any time.

                                Loop Mobile — Denying to activate my sim card No. 9664802356

                                Eventhough my submittion of necessary documents, I am denied the activation of my sim card. I submitted the PAN CARD copy, and also I submitted the Govt. servant Identity card copy.

                                  Dear Sir, My loop mobile number is [protected]. I had gone to your loop mobile service center at Parel (Bhoiwada) for pay my outstanding bill amount. That time i gave him my debit card & he swapped my card but unfortunately their machine was showing processing.... he told me our machine is not working properly if you have cash then you can give us. I gave him Rs. 1000/- & my bill amount is 837/-. He gave me balance money with receipt.
                                  Today i saw my bank statement. It is showing that already deducted 837/- on same day 17/03/2012.
                                  They (Loop Mobile) have collected same amount twice from me.

                                    But for these two numbers no services has activated yet. I have contacted to customer care for this issue several times. But from loop customer care all the “executives are giving stupid suggestion like visit loop gallery, switch off and switch on the phone, select network manually, it is activating, just wait for 15 minutes etc”.
                                    Hence kindly look towards the matter to solve the same.

                                    I am also getting the same problem. I brought two SIM cards on 8th of Feb 2013 but still on today 14th Feb 2013 the SIM card is not activate. When I called to customer care they are giving the answer as "We have received the documents. You will get confirmation message in 15 minutes or we will call you". But no message, no call still the time.

                                    ROAMING CHARGES
