Loop Mobile Service — Disconnection of Service without Approval | |||
Loop Network one of the Worst network I have ever used, they are tottaly deteriorating with the service day by day. Hence, because of this reason I decided to Port out to Vodafone Network. I was a Loop Network user (My Bad) Since past 3 years. The day when I decided to Port out they started showing their true colours. Vodafone guys submitted my documents to Loop (as a normal procedure while Porting). However, Loop sends me a Msg saying that your Address is Incorect and Suspended my Network without even contacting me ATLEAST once. I was wondering, I had provided my documents 3 years back and I was using the service without any problem. All of a Sudden when I try to Port out of my number from this Crap Network they come up saying that the Address is Incorrect (Tottaly ). If I get a Chance, I would Sue Loop Network for Suspending my Network without even contacting me and Harrassing me mentally to re-submit the documents for no reason.
