Loop — wrong communication

membar get membar card 5 jan 2013 I had received a sms from Loop side
that {special combo offer 25rs talktime + 1gb internet +50SMS (l + n)
only at rs 33 to avail the offer rechg with rs33 or send combo33 to
50505 pack benifits 7 days}
so i made 33rs recharge [protected] this no. Then I used internet My
entire balance ended i will call customer care exucative mr aftab
ansari He said the number of you have already active free sms scheme
So you were the only balance i told mr aftab ansari u dont mention sms
T & c apply so this is fraud from ur side pls mention my complaint &
give me the complaint no. he told sorry sir but i dont give u any
complaint no
i contact loop mobile assist ms Deepali Shelke & mr Akhilesh Pandey
but nobody give me solution or complaint no. nobody given me complaint no.
pls tell me wht can i do
