BEAUTY SALOON NAMELY "L'OREAL PROFESSIONAL NEW LOOKS UNISEX SALOON" RUNNING AT JODHAMAL COLONY, PATHANKOT (PUNJAB) ISSUED ME A BROCHURE NO 220 ON[protected] FOR RS. 500/- OFFERING VARIOUS SERVICES TO BE AVAILED WITHIN SIX MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF ISSUE. BROCHURE WAS TAKEN ON ASSURANCE THAT PRODUCT OF L'OREAL WILL BE USED AND CONSIDERING THE REPUTATION OF THE COMPANY.
HOWEVER ON OUR VISIT TO THE SALOON ON[protected], THE OWNER OF THE SALOON TOLD ME THAT YOUR CARD HAS EXPIRED. WHEN TOLD THAT SIX MONTHS WILL EXPIRE ON 07/09/2011, HE SHOWED ME A CLAUSE IN THE BROCHURE WHICH SAYS 'IN CASE OF MISUNDERSTANDING, THE DECISION OF THE MANAGEMENT IS FINAL AND BINDING. HE NOT ONLY MISBEHAVED WITH ME BUT ALONGWITH HIS WIFE & STAFF ALSO MANHANDLED ME. DURING MY PREVIOUS VISIT TO THIS SALOON, NO L'OREAL PRODUCT IS EVEN USED. EVEN I DON'T FIND ANY COMPLAINT SITE OF L'OREAL. THIS IS BIG FRAUD BY SUCH A COMPANY LIKE L'OREAL AND LOOTING THE CUSTOMERS WITHOUT PROVIDING QUALITY SERVICES.
