Even I have the sam problem.
I stay in Mumbai.
I have got PNG and LPG connection.
Now my lpg distributor is asked me to surrender the connection and has stopped issuing new cylinders.
They are insisting that you cant hold both the connections.
Can anyone let me know where can I find circular regarding this?
and what are the circumstances under which I can be allowed to keep both the conections?

have booked gas pipe line through M/S. Adani Gas, now we facing problem with incomplete connection. now have infirm your contractor person for the same at that time of connection but the person has decline our request & do the connection on his self. now we need new pipe line & refuse old pipe line also infirm i am not bear any payments raise from your side as wel we need refund payment which is damage under construction at that time of old pipe connection. bcz this is not our fault.
have done complain to you by written to you branch office at Mamnagar, Adani petrol pump & follow-up with them since last 3 month.but know body can reply to us as well have personally meet at your office but i m not happy from there reply. also have book complain at your customer service to day is self to Mr. Bhavin Soni on dt. 24.01.09.
so, we request you to pls. take up this matter on priority basis. & solve urgently.
kindly do the needful & oblige.
