dear sir
i am a regular customer of lpg . my connection no is ng-10668. i book my lpg cylender on dated[protected]. to shaheed parvesh gais agency nissing. but after 27 days of booking i have not recieved my lpg refiel (cylender). whhen i meet to the owner of the agency he missbehave with me and says come after 40 days of booking. he sold gais in black market and delivery man also sold the cylender in black market. please take a necessary action against him and do the needfull.

refill cylinder (LPG) — Delay in Delivery

Sir,
I have booked LPG gas through mobile no. [protected] on 18.02.2012 vide booking reference no. 18349093 and again booked the same on 05.03.2012 vide ref no. 18934230. But your authorise dealer M/S VIRAT ENTERPRISES having office at 132, Gali No. 7, (opp. power house) Gari Meru, in east delhi near Khajoori Chowk is not delivered the same till date. I approatched to official of the dealer regarding this but not treated in good manner. Despite of proper reply the official of the dealer are misbehaved with us.I have not any LPG Gas cylener in spair. Due to misconduct and harrassment of the official of the dealer and non delivery of the lpg gas at my home since then, I am facing lot of problem.
Therefore, I resquest to you pl. direct to the concern person for delivery of lpg gas at my home as earilest as possible and also take appropriat action against them .
