[Resolved]  LPG Cylinder — non delivery of lpg refill

I booked a refill on phone booking service around two weeks ago. The booking no. was 22 under consumer no. S-307090, but when the same was not delivered even after ten days of booking the dealer M/s Vidya Sagar Gas Agency, Rama Market, Pitampura, Delhi-34. was contacted on phone. the dealer informed that there was no such booking and assured to deliver the refill on urgent basis. two days have again passed by without the delivery of refill.

My consumer no. 621322 booked gas for home delivery vide no.11015 on 07/12/07 and booking personnel informed of delivery by 21 days. But till date, i.e. 10/01/08 not delivered. Today again I rechecked and request for booking and the concerned person offered no. 2608. I asked him what about my previous booked cylinder. Then they insisted for quick supply of previous as well as today booked one. This type of mishap always occurred to the aforesaid dealer not only mine but others too.

Whenever we visit dealer premise either car owner or road side hotel people were lifting cylinder with out any documents or bill. Regarding same many complaints made to the local authority but since the dealer have political hold so none do any excercise/query.

My Gas dealer is M/s Popular Gas Agency, situated at Borsi Chowk, Adarsh Nagar, District Durg, Chhattisgarh state and Proprietor/ Owner used to sit is Mr. Nanoo as observed always.

So you are requested to kindly look into the matter and help us to get rescue from such dealer deeds.

You are requested to look into the matter and confirm urgently if there is any govt. order or decision in the matter.

LPG Cylinder — Non Delivery of the LPG Cylinder

Booked the Cylinder with Shilpa Gas Agency Site no 1 Majri village Rama vihar New Delhi
It's the usual feature that they not deliver the cylinder even after the booking and when you will check with the representative they say that it was already been delivered, it means the delivery mab sold that in black and the actual consumer are get in trouble due to negligience.

Please look into the matter with high priorty because there is no body on the site who actualy listen our problem and provide us the any solution

MY NAME IS ROMA GOSWAMI I AM A CUSTOMER OF BHARAT GAS AND MY CONSUMER NO IS 032754. I AM REQUESTING FOR AN EXTRA CYLINDER AT ONE OF THE NEAREST BRANCH LOCATED AT MY PLACE AT CHEMBUR SINCE FEB 2007 AND TILL DATE I DID NOT GET ANY RESPOND FROM THE SUPPORT OFFICER OF BHARAT GAS.

LPG Cylinder — Booked gas cylinder delivery is not in time

I booked my cylinder on 5th, March 2008. At the time of booking, I was told that the delivery of cylinder will be made within seven days but till date ( 14th, March 2008 ) I did not received the same and even today itself when I phoned them, still they are saying that it will take at least one more week.

LPG Connection — Every Delivery take above 45 days

I have Indian Oil Corporation LPG connection. My present agency is M/S. Murali Gas Service, Polur, Thiruvannamalai District. My consumer No is 13507. I booked the gas for this month on 14 April 08. They are supplied for last month 23.03.2008 the booking date is last supplied the gas to next 21 days (14th April 2008). Today I ask to the gas agency Ms. Vedhavalli She told me the stock demands we take time more than 20 days date of delivery. Every delivery the gas agency was taken more then 45 days of first delivery to next delivery. Please take necessary action immediately and ensure that they supply the gas to me positively this week. Your early action is highly obliged.

My consumer No. 623253 under Sainik Cooking Gas, Kolkata. I came to know from sources that this agency is closed by HP due to some problem. In this case I am not informed by the agency nor by HP Gas. Unable to Contact HP Gas consumer service, no body is lifting the phone.

LPG Cylinder — non-refilling of LPG Cylinder

Dear Sir,

I am consumer of LPG cylender having registration no. 9795 with M/s Roop Gas Service, New Kondli, Delhi-110096. I booked on 1260 last one and half month back but still waiting for filled cylender.

I have been trying their telephone number i.e.. 22616375/ 22611839 but no luck. They are not attending any phone and when I went there they said there is no electricity so come after some time and then we will be able to book your refill.

since this is an essential thing for everyday requirement.

Kindly suggest me how to sortout this..

Even after 15 days from booking at Amrapali Gas centre, Chinchwad, Pune I have not recd the cylinder.Their phone no. is also not working.

LPG Cylinder — NAYAR GAS AGENCY, VIKASPURI NEW DELHI

My consumer number is 17873. I have booked the gas since last one week, but they are not delivering the cylinder in time. I am continuously trying to contact them on their phone numbers 28544965, 28544966, 28547187, but all the numbers are either continuously engaged or if by chance connected, they are not picking up. It is very difficult for us go to their office regularly to check about the delivery. IOC has to introduce some SMS or e-mail systems with their authorised agency, so that consumers can contact them.

I booked my cylinder on 22nd November 2008. At the time of booking, I was told that the delivery of cylinder will be made within two to three days but till date ( 1st December 2008). We had called them on the morning of 29th November saying that we dont have spare cylinder & the existing cylinder might get over any time, they said they will send it by afternoon (2:00pm) but they didnt send the cylinder & our Cylinder got over on Saturday 29th November 2008, night. Sunday whole day there was no cylinder & we had to suffer. Monday 1st December 2008, I personally visited their office instead of listening to my complaint they started yelling at me & told me they will not send the LPG Cylinder another two days, inspite of our requesting them to send it, as we did not have any spare cylinder they said do what ever you want to do we will not send it for next two days or may be more. It was very rude & unprofessional also inhuman on their part to deal with the situation. I request you to kindly take a stern action against this Gas agency. Address of the agency is as given below:

LPG Refilling — Nno Delivery

My consumer no is 15247 and agency located at Badarpur with the name Anand Gas Agency.
My Las booking was on 27th oh NOV 2008 and it hsa delivered on 1 of DEC after 5 working days and also advised that next booking would be accepted after 22 days of last booking date.
This time when I approched for booking on 22nd of DEC as per the rule advised by them only my booking was not accepted and they agann readvised that booking will be accepted after 25 days of last delivery date not booking dated I also agreed for that now again I approached for booking on 26th of DEC they booked it and said that it will be delivered next days i.e on 27th of DEC.
But as usual today on 30th DEC my self is writting this mail as no action has been taken by the distributor as yet.
Every time they promised that would be delivered today but again giving excuses that thay do not have sufficient stock so they are help less.
While the same agency is selling the cylinders in open market of 500 to 500 INrR in black and one can get it within 2 horhs if he/she is ready to pay this amount but for consumer they do not have sufficient stck.
Evry time they are doing this practice and we are suffring.
Please advise few thing to me.

After how many days booking is allowed from the last booking date??

Why they are not delivering it within 24Hrs of booking????

Whom should I go for complains???

Why no action taken when they are black marketing this product?

Hoping for the some good and positive response.

Dear Sir,

This refers to a complaints to M/s.Surya Gas Agencies, Code.No.621860. The agency is not delivering lpg cylinders in time. When the booking is done it is taking more than 15-20 days time. The arguments of the agency is that " the load has not reached".When asked who is responsible for it they are of opinion that the Company is not sending well in time. Please counsel the agency and necessary advises may be given for smooth functioning.

LPG Cylinder — Non-delivery of Cylinders even after 18 days - consumer no. 22096

Dear Sirs,

I am consumer of Bharath Gas, and I am residing at Tiruchirapalli, Tamilnadu. My Distributor is M/s Nandha Gas, Chatram Bus Stand, Tiruchirapalli.

I have booked for my Gas cyclinder on 21.01.2009, and my booking number is 10465. Till date I have not received the cylinder. This is happening every time, and when ever enquired, I receive irresponsible answers only.

I am suffering with such bad supply since one year. My consume no is 22096. I believe that some immediate action is taken in this regard, as I may not be the only consumer who suffers with such bad supply, many like me must be suffering like this.
