There is a complaint against the Bharat Gas i have booked a gas cylinder on dated 11/12/2011 and booking reference number is 15836643 and Gas agency is PRATAP JYOTI (AVANTIKA SECTOR 1 ROHINI) but this is to inform u that still waiting for the last so many days i did not get a cylinder and i have to eat the dinner outstide u tell me whats the rule for that
The agency is not providing the refill delivery in time since last more than one year. As per rules, we cannot book the refill before 21 days of last delivery. Most often the agency workers do not response on the telephone nos. [protected] which is just kept ringing on, i think, on silent mode. In this procedure of refill booking a period of more than 5-7 days gets spend. After booking the refill, i am assured the delivery of refill within 4-5 days but the gas is not delivered for more than a month even on reminding regularly. Each time we contact the agency workers on telephone, they assure that the gas will be delivered the same day but the gas is not delivered for more than a month of booking the refill. In this procedure, a refill takes more than 2 months time from last delivery. In my view, the agency is involved in the black marketing of the gas therefore, not delivering the refill in time.
It is requested to go into the matter take the necessary action please.
why they delay in delivery and kindly take a strict action against this

DELIVERY OF OLD CYLINDERDEAR SIR,
THE CYLINDER I HAD RECEIVED WAS ALREADY EXPIRED ON JAN-10.ACCORDING TO RULES PLEASE READ BELOW :-
On one of three side stems of the cylinder, the expiry date is coded alpha Numerically as follows A or B or C or D and some two digit number
following
this e.g. D06.
The alphabets stand for quarters -
A for March (First Qtr)
B for June (Second Qtr)
C for Sept (Third Qtr)
D for December (Fourth Qtr)
The digits stand for the year till it is valid.
Hence D06 would mean December qtr of 2006.
BUT WHEN I TOLD THIS TO GAS AGENCY THEY REPLIED THAT THERE IS NO SUCH EXPIRY OF CYLINDER.
COULD U PLEASE HELP ME OUT OF THIS SITUATION
