My gas connection number is 5161 and the gas cylinder supplier is Vinayaga gas agency. A renewal cylinder was supplied to me on 21.05.2013. The next day I found the cylinder leaking. I have complained to the agency over phone about the leakage. Till today they have not replaced the cylinder. I have repeatedly complained them about the leakage. But my grievance is not addressed.

my lpg cylinder is leaking and I have informed TANWAR GAS PITAMPURA by phone at about 10.45 AM. I also request them to send someone to repair/replaced the cylinder immediately and also inforemd them that for this purpose I had taken half day permission from my office. Repeated telephone calls were made but all in vain. Till at 10 PM.no one to attend my house for this purpoe.
I have keep the cylinder in the balcony .

Kindly regiser my complaint and direct the gas agency to replace my cylinder immediately. my contact number is - [protected]

These kinds of complaints happen every day and the gas suppliers are turning a blind eye to this because if any mishap happens they will always take the stand that you were nor following the standard instructions issued by the gas company.

    I am lodging this complaint in the interest of Public Interest, as our Govt's policy to give atleast one cylinder to the common people. kindly enquire into this and arrange to cancel Aloka Bhattis unauthorised gas connections with a view to give it to needy...

    My Bharat Gas Consumer No.10579 and I've made request for refill of gas cylinder on 05/04/12, but still there is no responce against the same while it's passed 21 days which crossed the time as per extenet.

    I've visited the agency but there's no responce...

      i am mandeep singh.indane oil corporation has allot me a lpg gas cylinder(waiting list number -[protected]) and went to Rajindra Gas Service which is situated in Near Harbans Cinema, Rajbaha Road, Patiala.they force me to purchase a cooking stove from them otherwise they will not give me the lpg gass cylinder.they forcefully sold me the cooking stove.please take necessary action against them.

        My self Asha from Nangloi. I was booked an LPG gas cylinder on 31 Jan 2012 & calling them regularly for delivery on time. Today's our existing LPG is finished.

        Our consumer no : 606455

        Till the moment that's not delivered at our home. Kindly file this complaint against Nangloi branch HP GAS SERVICE DEPARTMENT (KRISHNA GAS SERVICE, NANGLOI) & take an necessary action against the agency.

        On the regularly basis every person facing these type of problems.

          Sir,

          Every time when the delivery men delivers a LPG cylinder at our door step he is demanding an extra amount of 10-25/- per cylinder than the billed amount of 415/-. When we asks him the reason for collecting this unauthorised amount he is imposing it on the increased rate of petrol/diesel..or for his labor charge.

          For a middle class family even a LPG cylinder is becoming so hot to handle, then how it come be so bearable to fulfill the demands of the delivery man who delivers it at our door step Sir...? Really it is piercing our pocket so much.

          I would like to know whether these charges are authorised or not..? Does the home delivery comes under the duty of a Gas cylinder distributor or not? If so, why we are paying an extra amount to the delivery men who is appointed for this purpose (for the home delivery of a cylinder) by the Gas Agency Distributor.. ? He might be getting paid by the distributor for his duty noo..? Then why he is compelling us to pay an extra amount for his duty..? If it is for the transportation charge then the distributor could add the amount along with the bill amount as he is adding tax amount all no..? If it is not coming under the distributor's duty- then why it is not included as their duty..?

          I request Govt and the Civil supplies members to take an immediate action against this ritual which is going on from years....Please Sir- It is becoming terrible to live..

            I received a letter from the agency regargind my 2nd cylinder originally due period is given as 60 in printing but agency people are altered the days as 30 and the letter is dispatched on 26th of may from their office. I went on 25th at 3.00 pm with all necessary documents but their answer is very reckless and several times i given complaint about this agency regarding the delivery of cylinder and change of address every time i suffered like anything. Office clerk answer is also is very irresponsible along with the distributor/owner of the agency. please take immediate action and do justice

                I have booked gas cylinder on dtd. 22.01.11 to Jai Baba Gas agency 'bye pass road Ashoknagar(MP). But even after lapse of sufficient time as well as several time contacted over telephonic for delivering of Gas Cylinder to me, but no response has been given your authorised dealer. my connection No. 13891. It has also showned very neglignce non hearing of consumes greivances by your Dealer.
                You are kindly requested to give suitable instruction and take prompet action against dealer. This practices are followup every time when booked cylinder.

                LPG (GAS CYLINDER) — NOV RECD. LPG CYLENDER

                I am a LPG Indane Gas customer with RAM NAGAR Gas agency, GAS DEPOT ROAD, RAM NAGAR, DISTRICT-NAINITAL, (UTTRAKHAND) I have applied a new conncetion on 05.02.2007, my booking Sr. No. is 3913 dt. 05.2.2007. But not recd. new connection from till date. I have already 5 to 6 visit to Gas Agency, but no action in this regards. Pls. advise to me & take the necessary action in this matter.

                  I am consumer of INDANE GAS SERVICE, "ANAND GAS AGENSY" of Jalna city. The service of the ANAND gas agensy is very poor. we have to stay in QUE to book cylinder for more than 2-4 hours and also at the time of delivery we have to wait for 2-4 hours everytime. even there is QUE upto 1-2 km from gas godown. Our agensy owner provide domestic gas reffils to hotels. he take double charge for it from hotel owners. so common consumers like us not get gas reffil at time.
                  Sir, I requested you to take action against owner of ANAND GAS AGENSY....

                    IT IS TO BRING TO YOUR NOTICE THAT HIGH FLAME GAS AGENCY IS HARASSING CUSTOMERS BY NOT PROVIDING GOOD SERVICE. FIRST OF ALL WE BOOKED OUR CYLINDER AND AFTER 15 DAYS ON INQUIRING WE WERE TOLD THAT YOUR GAS IS NOT BOOKED BECAUSE OF THEIR SYSTEM FAILURE. AFTER THAT ON BOOKING IT AGAIN,ON SATURDAY,[protected], THEIR STAFF RAJU CAME TO OUR HOUSE ADDRESS 2131-A SECTOR-66 MOHALI AND AS WE WERE NOT AT HOME, OUR NEIGHBOURS INFORMED HIM TO DELIVER THE GAS CYLINDER ON TUESDAY[protected], HE AGREED TO IT BUT ON CALLING HIM ON MONDAY MORNING, HE STRAIGHT AWAY REFUSED AND INFORMED US THAT YOUR BOOKING HAS BEEN CANCELLED AND YOU WILL HAVE TO BOOK YOUR CYLINDER AGAIN. HOW CAN THEY CANCEL OUR BOOKING WIYHOUT INFORMING US.

                      dear sir, our bharat gas distributors m/s Preet Gas Agency' has been harassing me since long,a big share of gas cylenders are sold in non card holders in black like car users,dhaba owners and black marketiers. this nexus is as old as this agency start existing. the genuine consumers like me suffer a lot, gas is given after 55 to 60 days, for that my old mother and my wife has to go carrying emty cylender aimost a 1km away. insist of delivering at home they come and stand at any un informed place, in such malpractice it takes us to 3-4 days in recieving a cylender and spendig 60-80 rupees on conveyence. we have comlined many times to local, state level authorities' but all in vein. kindly take some strict and enduring action against m/s preet gas ageny to save consumers from this exploitation & harassment. looking forward to your response. i remain sincearly your's Tirupati sharma . address; tirupati sharma.c/o sh.Gyan sharma.gyan's cottage..near vishal public school Giddarbaha (distt.muktsar)

                      I am agree with you and in my opinion Bharat Gas has need to take help of police to solve this problem.

                      I have booked for refilling of LPG GAS cylinder on dated[protected] to M/S. JAWALA GAS AGENCY , PUL PERLHAD PUR NEW DELHI. PH. 26361440.Who is distributor of bharat Gas, despite repeated reminders and passing of 31 days , they have yet not supplied me cylinder. because they are selling cylinder in high rates to non-customer and earning in black.

                      they are selling 80 percent cylinder daily to non-customer and 20 percent to customer.

                      pls advise who will take action to stop this blackmarketing.


                      I think bharat gas is loosing their name and gaining/ earning abuses from customer who is not getting proper service in time.

                        We are facing a serious problem regarding delivery of LPG Gas cylinder. We are subscriber of

                        Dealer Mallick Brothers, address Dr. Prasad Das Mallick Road, Hooghly, WB 712103. My consumer

                        no is 27850.

                        Firstly it is very very tough to get connected to their phone. Anybody can try to call 2680

                        2007/3007 and check that. Anyhow I managed to book my gas on 26th August 2010, booking id

                        12115. On 21st of September I again called up to follow up and the help desk person said that

                        they will deliver it by next day ie 22nd September positively. But as of today 23rd september

                        we are yet to receive the gas cylinder. It is already 28 days after booking the gas we have not

                        received it. Today also I have tried to call them several times but could not connect them.

                        Please help us to get the gas cylinder as early as possible.

                        i am consumer of indane gas cylinder. my agency is shri radhagovind gas service(9/171,sham block,kailash nagar,delhi31),i booked my gas cylinder on 26 dec. 2007. our gas agency don't deliver gas on time. they took a week or more in delivery of gas cylinder,neither they pay any attention to consumer complaints.i have a single gas cylinder it is very difficult to cook in such a chilly weather without gas.i hope that appropriate action will be taken against my complaint.

                        I am an LPG Consumer No. GD 11823 with Golden Gas Service 233, palam Vyapar Kendra. We regret to say that the deliveries by Golden Gas is made after 2 weeks from the date of booking.We had spoken to their owner Mr Bonny Chadha but of no use as he never takes up our request properly and is very rude. Despite of his assurance, the deliveries are not made on time . Authorities attitude are unbearable.
                        We booked the gas on 01.01.2008 and the delivery date given was 20.01.2008. It is really pathetic to chase them every time for early deliveries. Kindly take serious action against them

                        sir, i m regular customer o[censored]r gas product. my gas connection no is 24537 at rajendra gas agency, ambabari, jaipur, RAJASTHAN.
                        here i m sorry to inform u that since last year after booking my gas, they are delivering cylender after 15-20 days. and they book cylender after 21 days which is not a rule by your company as per my knowledge. when i asked there personally as well as telephonically but there response is not enough and unsatisfactory.
                        this time i booked cylender on 14/08/2008 and the booking no. is 4637, which is still undeliverd on 03/09/2008.
                        please look into the matter and do needfull as per your rules

                        LPG Cylinder — Abnormal Delay in delivery

                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                        This is to bring in to your notice that there is abnormal delay in the delivery of fresh cylinder by your Jamshedpur ( Jharkhand ) Dealer named Aggarwal Gas Service located at Kadma, Jamshedpur.He accepts fresh booking only after 15 days from the delivery of cylinder, after booking he takes 20 days for delivery of new cylider, so totally takes approx 35 day to deliver next cylrnder. Pls let me know this is your company rules/instruction or locally made rule.
                        It is very difficul for a family to run his cooking by a cyliner for 35 days. Request you to kindly abolish this type of dictatorship over consumers and reduce the delivery period so that consumer can be put in comfort zone. Actualy this type of rules promote black marketing and it is not matching with your company's reputation.

BARODA-8 MY DISTIBUTOR is not deliver lpg cylinder in time last 6 month. i have send complaint to custmour center at baroda but they have not take any action nor my problem is solced. due to my complaint distributor is not registering my refill order on phone & not deliver cylinder at my home. I request to look out the matter & take action to solve my problem. Thank you.

                        LPG Gas Cylinder — Expired Cylinder

                        I have received a cylinder on consumer No.12351 in the name of P R SHEEBA with Sl No. 246943 with expiry date A-07 marked on the cylider on 2nd March 09.Appreance itself was explining the condition of the cylinder but while asking about the security problem the vender Mr.Sanjeev Sing of Vasant Kunk Gas Service said No problems.
                        But when it we noticed due to bad smell, found that it was leaking and the pin was in bad condition.Soon we removed the cylider and kept it in open area.Later after repeated vist at Vasant Kunj Gas service and persuation of Mr DInesh Mallik(Feiled Officer IOC) I got an another cylinder with valid date.
                        WHO IS AT FAULT IN THIS VERY RISKY SERVICE. Disributing expired cylinders to cause damage to consumers mentally, Physically and financially.

                        my consumer no is AI 4016 at Anoushka Indane, Nerul, Navi Mumbai. i booked for gas cylinder on 31st july.i was told that i would get it in 2-3 days. i gave the instruction on phone only while booking to deliver the cylinder after5 pm. when i reached home at 5 pm on 4th aug, i found a note saying i was not home. i called up the agency and got the confirmation that it would be sent next day. today is 12th aug and still there is no cylinder.

ON 24.09.2009 I PERSONALLY VISITED TO MY GAS AGENCY SRI LAXMI SERVICES, A-20, RASHID MARKET, DELHI-51 & REQUEST THE STAFF OF THE ABOVE GAS AGENCY WHY THE RIFFLED CYLINDER NOT DELIVERED & THEY HAVE ASSURED ME TO DELIVERED THE RIFFLED GAS CYLINDER WITH IN ONE OR TWO DAYS POSITIVELY. AFTER 24.09.2009 I HAVE MADE SO MANY CALLS TO GAS AGENCY TELEPHONE NUMBER, BUT THE STAFF OF AGENCY NOT PICKED THE TELEPHONE & COMPUTERISED MESSAGE RUNNING AUTOMATICALLY,

                        LPG Gas — Delay in delivering gas cylinder

                        my C.No. 19571, agency : Arvind Gas Poojapura, Trivendrum.you can see my last 2-3 deliveries & u will come to know that it is always 1month plus & that to when i personnaly visit Arvind Gas office & n numbers of telephone calls they deliver the gas.
                        This time also i have booked gas on 19 Oct 2009 but till today 24 Nov[protected]Hrs)a i have not got the delivery of the gas cylinder. I have given them my clear address /telephone etc. But daily they say it will be delivered today & that today still not came.
                        my l.p.g cyl is empty and its been 38c it will not fill up at all when you try to put gas in it clicks off at the nosel tryed 4 petrol stations and the same thing happens iv only had it put in nine mouths ago someone said try hitting the tank with a rubber hammer to try to get the float down in the tank can you please tell me how to fix the problum as the gas ppl i got it put in are on leave thankyou

                        There is a complaint against the Bharat Gas i have booked a gas cylinder on dated 11/12/2011 and booking reference number is 15836643 and Gas agency is PRATAP JYOTI (AVANTIKA SECTOR 1 ROHINI) but this is to inform u that still waiting for the last so many days i did not get a cylinder and i have to eat the dinner outstide u tell me whats the rule for that


                        The agency is not providing the refill delivery in time since last more than one year. As per rules, we cannot book the refill before 21 days of last delivery. Most often the agency workers do not response on the telephone nos. [protected] which is just kept ringing on, i think, on silent mode. In this procedure of refill booking a period of more than 5-7 days gets spend. After booking the refill, i am assured the delivery of refill within 4-5 days but the gas is not delivered for more than a month even on reminding regularly. Each time we contact the agency workers on telephone, they assure that the gas will be delivered the same day but the gas is not delivered for more than a month of booking the refill. In this procedure, a refill takes more than 2 months time from last delivery. In my view, the agency is involved in the black marketing of the gas therefore, not delivering the refill in time.
                        It is requested to go into the matter take the necessary action please.

                          i have booked number for LPG gas before 10-12 days back and i was told that gas cylinder will reach on very next day. i waited for the next three days and again i called up for the same again i was told that the same day i will get the cylinder.

                          My husband personally visited and told on 21.08.2010, again that lady promised that the same day she will deliver the cylinder but again nobody came to my doorstep full day whereas very same day i saw one fellow from vijay bharat gas kherwadi (from where my cylinder also suppose to deliver) came to deliver the cylinder in my neighbouring building, again i called that person but he just ignored me. i was shocked this incidence.

                          This is not first time which i am facing now. why this things happens to me? am i not paying for the same? everytime these cylinder men takes more money than that of what is the actual price, telling that they do not have change and i always paid it without arguing with them.

                          inspite of calling so many times, inspite of visiting personally in the office for the cylinder and inspite of requesting all these cylinder men on roads, i did not got cylinder till date.

                          i request the bharat petroleum co. to take serious note of my complaint and take necessary action against the following persons and Bharat gas agency and the address and the names are:

                          VIJAY GAS SERVICE, NEAR RAM MANDIR, KHERWADI, NEAR WESTERN EXPRESS HIGHWAY, BANDRA (EAST), MUMBAI - 400 051.

                          Mr. Yadav - Incharge officer of the Gas Agency
                          Tellephone operater lady,
                          Cylinder men - Ankush, salunke and others.

                          i hope this complaint will work and this type of incidence should not happens in future.

                          i am customer in vijay gas service in lucknow .. my gas connection 610882. this number allot to Deepa choudhary.. i booked my gas cylinder by phone dated 9/07/09.we ask number of time about delivery of gas cylinder.they reply to me tommorrow gas cylinder will delivered even ten day has completed but there is no delievery of gas cylinder yet now .. this is my phone no[protected], , hope u will take proper action as soon as possible ..

                          yes Bharat Gas (Bandra East) has poor and really bad service, selling cylinders on Black whenever we book a gas its not at all delivered on time and overall the person incharge always tells that he wont supply us whatever solutions we try . I reside in Bharat Nagar, Bandra East

                            no delivery of booked cylinder

                            sir,
                            this is to state that i am a consumer of raghu gas aency gurgan with customer no R-20671. i have booked a cylinder on 21st jan 2010 with booking no. 8513 but the same has not been delieverd yet inspite of my daily visits. whenever i use to go there they say that the cylinder will be delievered tommorow but till date it has not been delievered.
                            we are facing a crucial problem regarding the cylinder as there is no refilled...

                            EMPTY CYLINDER STOLEN

                            IN MY FRIENDS HOUSE EMPTY DOMESTIC GAS CYLINDER WAS STOLEN BY SOMEONE.

                            THE SECOND CYLINDER WAS KEPT OUTSIDE THE HOUSE BUT WITHIN THE COMPUND FOR EXCHANGE OF REFILLING CYLINDER. SICNE, IN MY FIRENDS HOUSE BOTH HUSBAND AND WIFE ARE OFFICE GOERS AND CHILDRENT OF SCHOOL GOERS. HENCE, THEY REGULARLY KEEP EMPTY CYLINDER OUTSIDE HIS HOUSE FOR EXCHANGE REFILLING CYLINDER, WHEN THE REFILLING CYLINDER HAS COME, WITH THE HELP OF NEIGHBOURS...
