LPG — Subsidized refill booked themselves by Gas Agencies twice within one month | |||
Gas Agency has booked themselves my subsidized refill twice within one month. I have visited Gas Agency for refill booking on 19th Jan-13 then came to know that receipts is valid for two days then I have cancelled the booking same time, then Gas Agency has booked themselves with order no-18654 dated 22nd Jan-13 after that given complain to gas agency on 1st Feb-13 visited for gas booking but nothing has happened. Despite complain once again they have booked in Feb-13 month with order no- 17109 dated 22nd Feb-13. I have given complain to IOCL customer care verbally with complain no. 845062 dated 23/02/2013 & written complain over the IOCL site with complain no. 846232 dated 25/02/2013 but no action from the IOCL too after 10 days lapse of time.
