[Resolved]  Lucknow Nagar Nigam — incomplete road construction work

Sir,
I am from gyan vihar colony infront of vivek jwellers near surya dhram kaanta, takrohi bazaar, Indira nagar lucknow.6 months ago a road construction work started in gyan vihar colony .Drain and flat brick soling on pavement had been completed. Now the road is waiting for the black carpeting work since last 6 months, and brick soling work is being dismanteled due to delay of carpeting. Because of that, the threat of everyday accident is arising in the colony.Although all the roads of takrohi bazaar completed on all respect which was started after this road.Please look through the matter and do the needful for the construction of balanced road work and also please inform me about the reason for the delayed work. From certain sources I have been informed that the contractor had got the full payment and that is the reason that he is now not showing any of his intrest in completing this road work.
