[Resolved] Luminous — Luminous 1400VA Inverter Power on switch in not working

I purchased a 1400 VA luminous Inverter in November, 2006. Now te Power on switch of the Inverter is not working so I am unable to use the Inverter. The dealer as well as company persons not responding. The service is very pathetic. Can someone help me to get the unit replaced? I shall be very thankful for this help. Was this information helpful? 1400va — Not Working

I Have purchase a Luminous Inverter on April 12th 2008. I Have a problem due to no charging the batery

Can you please advise you need how many complaints for resolve the problem please.

Luminous Inverter 1400VA — Replacement of Battery

The Product LG 1600 BCKT SN 833598 1 Battery which was found damaged & under warranty was picked by Your Service station at 16/6 Main Mathura Road Faridabad on[protected] by Pickup Challan No. 1585 Compliant no 666194 Dated 17-04-09 .I was assured that it will be replaced with in 2 weeks & supplied service Battery .On inquiry I am informed that though they have deposited the claim papers but still awaiting reply from Head Office .Please look into this & get my Battery replaced at the earliest
