Luminous is selling fraud products in India
Luminous is selling fraud products in India. I took 1 icruze 5000 with 4 batteries and it's approx cost is 65000 . After luminous refused to install it, the product has now stopped working after 2 months and is given 30 mins of backup with 4 batteries. Company have no technician to fix it or replace and they are saying that It starts giving backup after 2 or 3 times of full discharge. Also saying that 4 batteries normally will give me 7 to 8 hours of backup when using 400 to 500 watts o[censored]sage. Looks like the full company has uneducated and poor engineers. RnD Team is not interested in this. Also they start fighting if you are saying something to them. I don't know what the CEO and CTO of the company are educating to their employees Or they are also the same.

Luminous ki 150AH ki damage battery di gyi hai jiska power backup 1 se 2 hours hai . Bar bar complain krne ke bad 3 br luminous ke engineer ne visit kri aur bataya ki apki battery ka ek cell damage h but hme koi writen documents nhi diya aur bolte the ki aap dealer ke pas battery le jao vo fir se service center me check krege aur hmne dealer ko battery dekr aye ek hafte ke bad dobara se vhi battery hme di gyi aur hme bola gya ke problem thik kr di gyi h vapas aakr same problem hai power backup 1 se 1.5 ghante ka hai. Fir complain krne pr same process huva engineer ne visit kri same chhej boli battery ka ek cell damage h aap battery ko dealer ke pas bhejo vo service center bhejege . Koi response na customer care vale de rhe h na to dealer na hi engineer. Hm logo ko presan kra ja rha hai me battery ka replacement de ya fir hme hmare paise vapas kre .. [protected] ajeet singh

Past 1 month we fallowing with luminous service agent regarding leakage from battery,
Service engineer do visit 2 times and confirm no damage but leakage found
Same I communicate to Vijayawada service branch manager they said leakage issue is not related mfg defects and said company is not responsible

Luminous Solar PCU 3.75 KVA

Dear Luminous team,
LET ME EXPRESS the frustration from the WORST EXPERIENCE from Luminous India ever since we bought your product SOLAR UPS 3.75 KVA as per the advice of Mr. Lokesh[protected] of Luminous India recently.
We bought this UPS from Luminous India online as per the guidelines of the above mentioned person who does least bother about customers after payment is completed. We got the 3.75 KVA Solar UPS with 10 Panels installed somewhere in June end - July first week of 2020. This particular UPS is used only for a load of 1.3 to 1.5 Amp (Approximately 500 to 800 VA) for our internet and security cameras of our building which is far less than its capacity. Before buying this UPS, we were running these load on a normal 2 KVA inverter with 2* 120 AH batteries where we used to get back up till midnight (We do not have Electricity connection to our building, DG works till 6.30 Pm on week days and no DG Power on weekend as office is closed).
In this scenario, we planned Solar UPS and Mr. Lokesh guaranteed us for this load with the 4*150 AH battery pack of this machine full night back up and again recharge from Solar on day time or from DG when available. Unfortunately, this system from first day did not give back up more than what our old UPS used to give. I contacted the service engineer who installed the machine, he told to wait few days, nothing happened. From that time onwards, I tried generating complaints and service request through various methods to Luminous, each time one service number would get generated but would not be attended by anyone. During this time, the machine started giving complaints of Relay Swithing too letting all loads unpowered immediately when DG is swithed off. In effect the UPS is worst without any use now. We tried our level best to get it serviced, no one responds to our requestes.
Last one to two months now, EVEN the SOLAR PRODUCTION of the System failed completely leading to ZERO SOLAR PRODUCTION and ZERO CHARGING from SOLAR. Recently after many times requests, the service engineer visited the place, checked the machine and said machine is under failure and need to replace. He asked to lodge complaint online, I have been lodging complaints online for last 3 to 4 months continuously but NOONE ATTENDS EVER...

Again server person come and said your mother board is not working. You need to again pay for motherboard. So there is any rule how these company survive in market. They use duplicate parts. After receiving the product i tried to register warranty online as per their protocol. It's going to be more than a year but i am yet to receive my warranty card. I have given up trying their useless customer care. Kindly help.

problem in charging of inverter battery

I am nitin goyal from mahavir enclave. I have registered complaint regarding luminous inverter and battery on saturday (04.05.2019). My complaint no are [protected] & [protected]. Technician visited to my home on same day i. E. 04.05.2019 and he told that there is a problem in the battery and it needs to be sent to service centre. Their delivery person will come and pick it in next 24 hours. However, despite more than 72 hours, nobody came to pick & resolve my problem. I have tried to contact service engineer but i am not getting response from his side. I have also tried to contact again to luminous customer care. Most of the times, they disconnect call by saying that voice is not coming but i am able to hear their voice properly. I have tried from mobile as well as from landline but same response is received from their side. Today, one time, they responded and told to contact service centre. They refuse to escalate my complaint. Please resolve my problem as i am not getting power backup in case of disconnect of power supply.

inverter submitted for service under warranty

I have submitted inverter 2250 pro for service under warranty 3 months ago and the service center of luminious namely digital world baramulla j&k is still unable to deliver the product/service. As they have tried all the options which they have like they send it to their main center or wearhouse in jammu and took almost a month but the problem remained same. Now i request company please look into the so that either provide me the new one or repair immediately as i have to pay generator rent 300-500/day and the batteries are not in operation from last 3 months so they might get demaged or effected. I am enclosing the receipt of the product when i submitted the inverter 3rd time for the same problem.

I would like to draw your attention towards the order i placed on 19 of aug 2018. The product is still not delivered. There is no change of status from the date of purchase. I have tried contacting the customer service but such a pathetic response. As a consumer i feel quite dissatisfied with the kind of support luminous is providing. I have not received a single update nor a call for the same. I need this to be high-lightened to the above management.

repeated failures of the inverter & hopeless service

The Inverter i purchased was 850Va-Ecovolt. The first year it was alright. In the 2nd year; started repeated complaints. On 30th May-18; I had registered a complaint through IVR whereas till 16th June 2018 no one turned up to repair the system. I had tried all methods of follow up. But no use. Finally on 16th June the technician called and asked me to bring the inverter to the nearest city and it was given to an electronic shop. The next Day it was repaired. After one week o[censored]se again the same issue is recurred. Again i have registered a complaint and till today no one has turned up to repair the system. What kind of a company is this Luminous? Hence I request users not to purchase Luminous inverter.

I did book 2 batteries online on 10th July, after seeing the advertisement. Little I knew the master stroke played by the company!
Till 26th morning I was not able to trace my order.
Since 12th of July, Me, my wife must have made 90-100 calls to the company.
People from the call center people are the most unreasonable, arrogant and insensitive. You become helpless in from of them.
I lost my mind, blasted a girl at the center, she lost the battle and gave me a number who is the supplier for Maharashtra. Yesterday when I spoke to him he said that he does not have my order but said that He will talk to the company and get me the batteries.
Finally he sent me the batteries, advising all readers not to order online at Luminous. Worst company!

I was purchased a luminous zelio 1100/12 v sine wave inverter on 15 mar 2017 with 2 years warranty.
1) this inverter was not getting switched on from 29 may 2018. My parents are senior citizens... They were informed to the dealer where i was purchased the ineveter, the dealer was confirmed that the inverter has to be replace with new one, because the internal parts of the inverter was burnt out.
2) the dealer was told me to make a call 2 d customer care for registering a complaint n i did the same.
3) as per the customer care officials massage, the representative has to solve the problem with in 24-48 hours after registering the complaint, they given two telephone numbers

4) i was simultaneously trying them. But, they are not even ready to give the reply
5) as per company policy they have to clear the fault with in specific time but they are not interested to take up the case. Really this is worst company with worst peoples

installation issue with ceiling fans

I bought two 1200mm luminous audie ceiling fans online around 2 months back. The hanging rod provided with fans is too short that it is practically impossible to install these fans. I am following up with the company since last 2 months however no resolution is provided. Company's service boys visited my place twice however they were also not able to install the fans.
I want company to get these fans installed either by providing long rods or if they can't just refund my money.

Today date is 17/06/2018 and i bought this product date is 15/06/2018 the inverter is not working and power output not supply i was told the dealer he say me this is compny fault i am not responcibal for it wen i am say please provide me standby he say me call the custmer care dont call me again for this product

I bought the Luminous inverlast Battery on 07/09/2017. I found yhe backup period is very less . it continued less than 3 hours as my observation since long period . my consumption points are 3 nos of ceiling fans and 4 nos of CFL bulbs . please check it and advice accordingly.

worst service and response i never seen like you

Last week i booked a complaint on 24/02/18 complaint no : [protected], one of your service person called me on monday (26/02/18) but tuesday only he came and find out that problem in my inverter and told me to solve on wednesday the but still he solve my problem, when am trying to contact him he didn't pickup my call his contact no : [protected]. Today morning (01/03/18) am contacted your luminous customer care toll free number they filed a compliant no again which is [protected] and given one contact no :[protected] (Name :manikandan) but he's no. Not reachable.
So that finally i wrote a mail to you to solve my problem with some professional service person. But still its pending no response from your side, am plan to buy numeric inverter only but my friend suggested your company to buy tis inverter, now i feel very bad and irritating. Now i will not recommend your product to any one.

false suggestion by your engineers - faulty battery

I have purchased a luminous battery from rohit electronics on dated 05/08/2016 bill no. 412 (Bill attached). I confronted with a problem with the battery on 24-jan-2018 and i immediately booked a complaint with luminous customer care having complaint reference no-[protected]. The man (Engineer code 916467) visited and told us that it is a problem with my inverter and not with the battery. On this suggestion, i replaced my inverter but the problem continued. I again complained with luminous customer care 27-jan-2018 having complaint reference no-[protected]. The man (Engineer code 602905) visited and told again the same thing that it is a problem with my inverter and not with the battery. On the suggestion of the engineer, we purchased a new luminous inverter but the problem still continuing. Then again i booked a complaint with luminous customer care 30-jan-2018 having complaint reference no-[protected]. The man (Engineer code 364533) visited and told us that it is a problem with my inverter and not with the battery and also suggested to wait for 2-3 days.
You are a number one company in this line and employ qualified engineers with you who knew that were is the problem. As a lay man, i can act according to the suggestions made by a perfect, qualified, knowledgeable, engineer. Even after visiting three times for the same tiny problem, your engineers failed to rectify the problem even after visiting 3 times in a span of 7 days. I strongly presume that this is not the problem with my inverter as it is evident but with your company’ battery because the date of expiry for replacement of battery is on[protected] and your company do not want to replace the battery and making false suggestions again and again through your engineers. This is nothing but a clear cheating with me by your company. By doing repeatedly false suggestions, i have incurred an expense of rs. 3500/- in replacing my old inverter with the new luminous inverter.
I strongly believe that there is no fault in my old inverter. You are hereby requested to kindly replace the old faulty battery of your company immediately, so that i may be relived of the mental tension, agony for which i am suffering from the last so many days. Please do not steal the faith of lakhs of small customers like me. If you will not act in replacing your faulty battery within 3 days, i will be forced to take appropriate legal action against your company.

You are hereby requested to kindly replace the old faulty battery of your company immediately, so that i may be relived of the mental tension, agony for which i am suffering from the last so many days. Please do not steal the faith of lakhs of small customers like me. If you will not act in replacing your faulty battery within 3 days, i will be forced to take appropriate legal action against your company.

bad quality of product & service system

I bought luminous company battery model no il tt 26048 12v-220ah & serial no. 48g331m1020992 and inverter modelno. Rapid charge vi 1650/12v & serial no. 37gag7c1013615 combo on dtd 04/04/2017. After few days inverterbattery sometimes light flactuating problem began.
I have loged complaint by teliphonic and luminous online complaint portal many time from 29/06/2017 to till date but not any response by luminous company.
I am suffering from physical, mental and economically problem like damage my home electrical and electronics appliances.
Services staff quality is very worst like not known proper inverter plug fitting.
So therefore i have the right to charge legal action against your company.
I have loged complaint by teliphonic and luminous online complaint portal many time from 29/06/2017 to till date but not any response by luminous company.

It is found that inverter provided to me is not working inform to dealer he repair give back but yet inverter function is not properly
Is this type of misselling happen at your dealer

I have purchase a luminous tubular battery & ups on 16 th june 2017 from. I have got an issues with my ups on 10 sept 2017 and getting a reference no-[protected] after raised the issue to luminous cc on dtd 11 sept 2017. It will take to resolve this issues on today i. E 20 sept 2017. But the executive has reported false i. E he has attained the complaint on 12 sept 2017.
This is a criminal offence of your team to reporting such as false date to show customer how will we provide quick service to customer.

luminous battery for inverter - horrible experience

Luminous customer care is pathetic to say the least - i bought a battery online. Here is my experience -
Phone number given on the online portal has a pathetic turn around time - i have called at least 4 times since yesterday on[protected] and always the ivr disconnects me after keeping me on hold for around 2 mins - it says "will get back to you" but unfortunately never gets back.
My issue - i bought a luminous battery online - big mistake! I have been assured delivery for monday evening and yesterday (Monday) i got a call from the delivery person to confirm the same. He never came to deliver the battery. At 12:15 in the night when i was sleeping, i got a call where somebody asked me if he could deliver the battery by 1:30 in the night. Are these guys crazy? Or do they make calls to customer when they are drunk in the night.
Needless to say the product delivery has not happened and that's a separate issue. Your product delivery is bad, i don't know how the product will turn out, delivery folks are scaring me and my family in the night, customer care number doesn't work good enough for me to lodge my complaint - and they are selling products online! What a joke!

Failure of technician causing monetary damages

Hello, i have raised a complaint of battery backup with Luminous CC in april 2017, against which their technician visited and said the problem is with inverter. After changing the inverter the same prob persisted for which raised another complaint in May 20th, against which same technician visited and now saying that the prob is with battery. I dont understand if the battery life was only 1 month or got retired because of new inverter. Now the battery warranty is over, so no one wants to take the responsibility of the failure of the technician who was not able to identify the problem at first hand. Now Luminous is saying that they cant do anything as the battery warranty got over. I am very disappointed with the service i got from Luminous

Luminous Battery got blasted at home luckily no one is hurt which we were using for Home Inverter, acid has spilled out and this is the 3rd day no one has taken any action inspite of serveral calls to the help line and service centers.
Highly irresponsible team, its health hazard issue..

I trust the luminous company from the beginning for its good material as well as the good service in time.Also I always insist my relatives to purchase the product of luminous.But I have a very bad impression with the company after yesterday. The fact is yesterday I have logged a complaint for my luminous inverter.The call center says that the mechanic will reach within 24 to 48 hours. Accordingly the mechanic. Mr Manor Para has reached my house in time to check the inverter. But without checking properly he asked for servicing charge Rs 250/- when I was absent at home.when my wife politely asked him for what I will pay Rs 250/-.Then the mechanic connect his senior in mob and asked my wife to talk with him.The senior person, without listening the matter he misbehaved and used un parliament language to my wife.also threatening to close the call from their side.Request to investigate the matter properly and give me justice. I hv all the recordings to provide you the details.call log no-[protected]
