[Resolved]  Luminous Inverter — problem regarding repairing of inverter

i have bought a sine wave 800VA luminous inverter in late 2008. it started creating problem from the beginning this year(2010). when called the customer care they have send a person from the department but they said they will replace a part from inverter which will work for only a month and also they will take away the original so we did not changed. then we called the authorised service dealer from where we have purchased the inverter ie. JVC INDUSTRIAL CORPORATION ,SECTOR 6, NOIDA.
he said we should change the battery.
we changed it then also the problem of inverter persists so we gave him for repairing. he returned after a month and then too it was not repaired even he charged 600 rs for that. again we called him for repairing,after a month he returned but the problem still remains the same and now he says that replace the inverter it cannot be repaired. what should we do now. please help.
