Ma Foi Management Consultants Ltd. — PF not transferred

Sir,

My PF Transfer cheque which was issued by EPF Tambaram office was sent in 20-July- 2010 to EPFO Chennai. Till this date the cheque has not been deposited in the bank by EPFO Chennai.
I have tried to contact EPF Chennai office on Phone on P.R.O numbers but no one is picking up the phone. Also, I have sent several emails but no one is replying.

Now, I am staying in Pune and it is not possible for me to come personally and enquire about my PF transfer status from EPFO Chennai.

I request you to please make necessary arrangements to deposit my PF transfer cheque in the bank.
