I work for ---- on Rolls of Mafoi Randstand consulting ltd in Bangalore I resigned from my job in month of Oct 2010 and submit my PF form to Mafoi Bangalore office on 29 Dec 2010 after two month I call PF department no one received my call, after 1 week again I call to same number[protected] one lady pick the and connected to PF department no one pick my call, when I contact branch office in Bangalore they given me e-mail id deputation.[protected]@mafoirandstad.com. so I send the mail to them reply came after three days they ask for Employee id and depute ID so I reply the same with my Emp ID and Dep ID after 2 weak mail received from the same id, that my PF form received in Last week of Feb 2011 so they taken almost 2 months to move my PF Form from Bangalore to Chennai head office after this mail I wait for 2 months now no one reply to my mail and even they will not pick the phone, why this people play with ex-employee. Is there any Law so that we can take action on company, actually it take 45 - 60 days for EPF office to credit amount ,if the employer keep PF form with him for more than 4 to 5 month then all thing go wrong and employee will suffer, until and unless the PF form reach EPF office they cannot do anything, if any one form Mafoi management reading this complain please take action and do the needful for your ex-employee so that they can tell good thing else company reputation will spoil.
