The PF form was dispatched to Nehru Place, Delhi office on 10th of June.
Even when I try out searching online, it shows establishment code 32000 doesnt exist and your claim not received yet.

I worked in Tata consumer on third party of Randstad annd I recently gave resigned and then from randstad we received instructions that our FNF will come in 45 days, but after 45 days still not singal penny is come....

Complaint regarding non-submission of PF & Pension Claim Documents to PF Commissioner Office in respect of my Son Vipul Mishra died on 13 Jan 2019 Hias UAN No.[protected] PF No.TN/35791

I am father of your employee Vipul Mishra who died on 13.01.2019 while on the job.

All documents pertaining to his Claim for Settlement of PF & Pension including legal Heir Certificate obtained from Govt of NCT were handed over to Mr Sukhpal Rawat at Randstad India Pvt Ltd Jasola Delhi Office, who in turn forwarded these Form-20, Form-5, Form-10D, Legal Heir Certificate, Original Death Certificate, PAN Card, Aadhar Card, 3 Photos, Passbook First Page, Form-20 of Rajiv Lochan Mishra father, PAN and Aadhar Card of Rajiv Lochan Mishra-father and other documents (Total 11) to Mr Gopinath N. Chennai on 18th December 2019.

Since then I have sent Reminders to Mr N Gopinath to find out status on 13 Jan 2020, 19.02.2020, 18.06.2020 and 31 Aug 2020 about the process of pending Claim for Settlement of PF & Pension of my son.

I have tried to contact Mr Gopinath on his Phone several times but he never reply and on checking with Shri Sukhpal Rawat, he informed that he had sent all the documents but Mr Gopinath has lost the same.

Sir - We are senior citizens - our son died about two years back - we are alone and we are not getting response from Mr Gopinath of Randstad India Pvt Ltd regarding settlement of Claim of his PF & Pension.

We do not expect such kind of harassment at the hand of Officials of Randstad India Ltd because of carelessness and negligence of Mr Gopinath and Mr Dinesh, who never bothered even to reply to us regarding update of the pending claim.

Please help us for which we shall be highly obliged.
