[Resolved] Mafoi Randstad — Services about payments, payroll, communication and commitment | |||
Before start writing this mail, I am very sorry for the hard language, which I am using in this mail. I am writing this mail after getting, lots of frustration in dealing and negotiating with Mafoi personals especially since, February 2011. The matter is this, my contract under Mafoi, started from January 2010 and on actual papers from 1st March 2010 to February 15, 2011. There has been much inconsistency since than in timely payments, timely reimbursements, and particularly clarity on deductions (TDS, PF, and Insurance) with Mafoi, which I am facing to date. Coming to the present issue, I have requested Mafoi, to issue me my payments details of January and February 2011 (Pay Slips). Until date, they have not been able to provide it despite their commitment at the start of the contract (January 2010) that pay slips would be uploaded within 8-10 days of salary getting paid. Until today, I am not clear, for my payments in January and February 2011, how they have paid, either on gross salary or net take home for these two months, as they are saying they have not done any deduction (TDS, PF….) for this period. They (Bhopal office) have also said that for these two months they did not pay it through the payroll software, hence the unavailability of pay slips, this decision was not shared with the consultants before taking action on it. This has been a trend with Mafoi, where they take decisions (for example change in dates of contract, showing deductions in salaries, etc.) in convenience to their organization irrespective of its harmful consequence to the financial credibility record of the consultants. Any HR department is supposed to take decisions that are beneficial to both the organization and the human resource working there, but we have seen repeatedly that we are not participants to this process even though Mafoi is supposed to be an HR company. The second issue is that I have requested Mafoi to issue form no 16 (TDS deduction certificate, TDS submission detail to IT department) in February 2011, and until now they are not answering any proper committed response. Since, last three months I have spoken to them, 7 to 8 time over phone verbally, through emails too, at Bhopal level, and Chennai level. I have re-requested the same several times. First, they said we will get it by May first week, and then May end, than mid-June, then June last week. Since several days, they have only one answer, “From no 16 is ready and CEO at Chennai office is not on the seat, in a day or two we will get our From No 16”.
