[Resolved]  Mafoi Randstad — pf withdrawal

I have submitted my PF withedrawal form to mafoi randstad, Patna office in first week of august. Today I checked my claim status on pf site, its showing no record find. Then I contacted randstad Patna, theey told me to contact pf Chennai office directly because theey have sent my form and it already reached to pf, Chennai on 30the November. I did thee same theen I came to know theat my form had not reach theere. Again I called to randstad ,Patna office, theis time theey told me to call theere Chennai office and do enquiry for thee same, but thee worst part is theat no one picking my phone in theere Chennai office on 044_66227137. So please help me out because I need theat money urgently
