[Resolved]  Mahadiscom — WRONG AMOUNT OF BILL

Hi i'm harish.l.poojary from bhandup, my electric consumer bill no is[protected]. my average monthly electric bill amount is 115 to 130. now i got august & september's bill above 500 Rs. pls verify..

Hello, I am very much irritated when I tried to open any your of site. I usually pay the monthly electricity bill through Net. But to open your site it’s really horrible. Otherwise paying bill through net is very convenient and versatile. Your system is not reliable.

i have apply for new connection for residential use on[protected], at mangalwar peth & kasba peth division. i am living at 99/b mangalwar peth, pune-11. i have submitted the following documents with the form. : flat purchasing aggrement copy, tax payment reciept, index-two copy of flat, noughbourers electricity bill xerox copy .
after few days, the officer demand for more documents, but still no further procedure is carried out.
so pls take immediate decision .

We are going to pay online bill from jan11 to april11 for the consumer no[protected]Mr.Kunger waluj auranagabad )consumer billing unit(BU) 2224, but by mistake these all bills are submitted in BU 6000 dummy account, so I request to you that kindly recover Rs10340.in our BU 2224 so that I submit regular bill for the month may2011.

Hi My name is Ashish Agarwal from Pune my Consumer Number is[protected] I do not stay at this place. I regularly get a bill of 160/- no issues with that. For July i got a bill of 1600/- not sure how is that possible. Went to complaint about the same... Voila ... what else can you expect ... they say first pay the bill and then we will look into it. Harrassed customer me cannot travel to Pune everyday and that too on a weekend of not any use.
Had to unwillingly pay that... not sure what should i do if I have to go through the same again... Privatisation is necessary... These governement officials do understand their rights for strikes but do not understand fair business policy. if this would have been in US i could sue these people which would cost them their jobs. I dont want anyone to help me but I want all the consumers to beware of their rights..
